Why sell to a guy with $5,000 in his bank with rent due? When you could instead sell to an ENTITY which was given millions of dollars with the directive to SPEND IT. An entity which doesn't care about profit, only valuation. They have MILLIONS of dollars. Your $30k/month service is a low-risk, high-reward experiment to them. If your goal is to MAKE MONEY. Not fame, but COLD HARD CASH. Sell to companies, avoid the poor.
