If you have a BA, get an MA, if you have an MA consider a research degree. Homeschool. Then send your kids to a good college. Believe it or not, there are some "good" colleges out there. Pay off your debts. Own and expand your business. Small start-ups, such as Microsoft, now dominate the world. Set the goal of multiple streams of revenue. Never let the Sun set without making a profit. Plan for your retirement early. Get your kids to invest in a 401k with their first jobs and they will stick to it. Invest in gold. Not a lot, but a fair amount. Then forget about it. Precious metals are long-term investments. Consider real-estate, especially in Texas. 😄 Buy a 4x4 SUV or truck. Own at least two firearms and be an expert with them. Learn knife fighting skills. Study European and Japanese fencing. Train in the Martial Arts. The style doesn't matter; your dedication is everything. Men: love your wives. Ladies: learn how to cook. Both parents should be active in their kid's lives. Keep your children off social media and screen their friends. Children: obey your parents...and clean your rooms and do the dishes! Study classical films and classic pop culture. We are missing "class" in contemporary society. Unused knowledge is wasted. Use what you have learned to help others. Study poetry to speak better. Read - good books are ammo for the brain. 🧠 Exercise daily - both anaerobic and aerobic. Eat healthy. Balanced meals containing 55-60% carbs, 25-30% protein, and 10% healthy fats. Be a blessing to those around you. Each day, ask yourself "What did I do today to help someone else?" Most importantly, spend time alone with the Lord meditating on His Word. In the next few years, great catastrophes may befall Earth.
