White Australia leader Thomas Sewell has beaten an "offensive behaviour" charge laid over a National Socialist Network rally through Ballarat almost two years ago. I highly recommend eating this. It’s just Cod liver in its own oil and make sure it’s in its own oil. There’s plenty of seed oil pretenders out there. This stuff is the only source of omega 3s which I feel actually makes a difference in my body. And I’m not sure why but eating a can of it before bed has a mild sedative effect and improves my sleep quality.

So in 2010, thirty-five Australian special forces soldiers were pinned down by 100 Taliban fighters and should have died near a village called Tizak. The situation was so bad, local ‘friendly’ Afghani soldiers who were supposed to be helping the Australians began speaking their native language on a radio, trying to do a deal with the Taliban. They agreed to murder the Australians to save their own skins. But despite being outgunned and outnumbered, Ben Roberts Smith & his small patrol group attacked the Taliban positions and somehow won the battle. He’s pictured here after that battle wearing a ‘crusader’ patch on his uniform. Someone should make a movie about this guy.

Afghan soldiers switched sides and offered to kill Australian special forces during a battle against the Taliban, according to a new book. Tasmania is a beautiful place and the people are great, but the city has its issues.

Hiking is the ultimate cardio exercise. Australia is loaded with great little climbs. I like to find one and try to get to the top as quickly as I can, regardless of weather or terrain. In this clip I’m in Adventure Bay on Bruny Island in Tasmania 🇦🇺
