There’s nothing there to steal," insists Sonia ImMasche, a retired Colorado resident, who has reportedly donated over $230,000 to ActBlue from 2017 to 2023. Living in a retirement home and having been retired for 21 years, ImMasche finds it hard to believe she could have contributed such a large amount. "It’s kind of expensive to live here, and I’ve been retired for 21 years, so I don’t necessarily have steady income," she explains, raising doubts about the legitimacy of these donations in her name. ImMasche's concerns are compounded by a 2014 New York Times article that featured her as a top donor for ActBlue, where she remarked, "It can get addictive" to keep donating. Reflecting on her history of contributions, she admits, "I started out giving like $25 a month." However, she has since scaled back, saying, "Now I'm down to $10 and $15 at the most." Despite her conviction that no one is using her name fraudulently, ImMasche acknowledges that her son was alarmed by the volume of contributions, stating, "My son was having a breakdown. He was tracking my credit card and was going, ‘My God, you're donating way too much to politics.’" While she stands by the small amounts, she admits, "I’ve cut back quite a bit. Living here has kind of cut into my finances." In Marble Falls, TX, Margaret Caylor’s husband was shocked to learn that over 5,000 donations, totaling around $136,000, were made in his wife’s name to ActBlue. When asked if she made the donations, he states, “Not that much money,” noting that while she has donated in the past, the figures documented are far beyond what they recall. “Money laundering maybe?” questions Caylor’s husband, referring to the integrity of ActBlue’s fundraising practices. The Texas Attorney General’s Office, under First Assistant Brent Webster, is actively investigating ActBlue’s practices. Webster, who began the investigation, firmly states, “Any allegation that I have undercut our investigation into Act Blue is ludicrous, particularly given that I urged our office to initiate the investigation in the first place. I have dedicated substantial resources to this investigation, including some of our office's most talented lawyers. This ongoing investigation has been very productive… We do not comment on the status of pending investigations, but we will make every effort to enforce Texas law when it is being violated, as we have consistently done during my time at the OAG.” ActBlue has begun requiring CVV codes on credit card transactions—a change reportedly made during the ongoing investigation. Texas Woman Denies Thousands of ActBlue Donations: "There's No Way I Made All Those;" TX Sheriff's Office RESPONDS “No, there's no way I had made all those,” says Barbara Staples of Spring, Texas, shocked to learn ActBlue listed her as making 1,600 donations totaling $13,000, including 53 transactions in a single day. Gerda Henderson faced similar issues, with $33,000 in unauthorized donations over 484 days. Despite only approving a few dollars, she had to close her credit card due to fraudulent charges, stating that she “Stopped it all” and “Canceled it all out.” Unlike most other fundraising platforms, ActBlue does not require a CVV number on transactions. When asked if she approved all of the transactions, she replied “No.” OMG contacted the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for comment on whether they were conducting a criminal investigation. In response, they issued a statement saying, "It appears that both donors made voluntary contributions through ActBlue. One donor was reimbursed after contesting some of the charges, while the other cannot recall whether all or only some of the donations were authorized." Current Revolt reveals the Texas Office of Attorney General’s ActBlue investigation has been stalled since January by First Assistant Brent Webster, stating “Attorney General Ken Paxton isn’t fully aware of the investigation, as Webster has been withholding information and updates,” adding “We’ve been told Webster is withholding this information from AG Paxton to seek favor with the firm Singer works for as a sort of insurance policy for his next job when he leaves the Texas OAG.

VICTORY IN FEDERAL COURT: A Federal Judge in NY ruled in my favor this morning in Project Veritas vs. O’Keefe. Despite that I and OMG could have given in to their illegal demands to avoid the cost and risk of trial, I stood by my principles, and yesterday took the stand to testify under oath for over two hours. Today, Project Veritas’ motion for a brutal, repressive injunction against me was dismissed. It remains unclear why the organization I founded, 18 months later after they fired me, for reasons that never made sense to anybody, is wasting their donors’ resources on attempting to sue me (and losing). The powers that be try everything they can to shut me up and shut me down, but I will never surrender so long as you have my back. I pledge to never compromise our shared values, and I will go the distance to jury verdict in all court cases against me.
