I noted that the source of President Trump’s TRUTHS today on the increase in various states’ registration of Republican voters is Seth “Captain K” Keshel. It is good to see Seth’s name back in the spotlight!!! I remember well that Seth visited Tomotley in November of 2020 with Mike Flynn and Sid Powell. Sid had asked if I would allow Sid to work at Tomotley on election issues. Then Mike, Seth, and a few others arrived a couple of days after Sid arrived. I extended them hospitality but was not involved in their “election”efforts. I was focused on preparing my own election lawsuit challenging the November 2020 Georgia election on the well-established legal grounds that it was unlawful in that changes were made in the election procedures without approval of the Georgia legislature. I was dead right on the law but my case was dismissed for lack of “standing.” Prior to the challenges to the 2020 election, it was also well-established law that an individual voter had standing to challenge an election on the grounds that an unlawful election violated due process of law and equal protection of the law. What happened to the legal system regarding the 2020 election challenges??? Did the courts ignore the law or distort it to get a desired result??? At any rate, it was good to see Seth’s name again today. He made a speech in Beaufort, SC in 2021 on his election analysis and I spoke with him briefly that day as I was making a speech in connection with my campaign for Chair of the SC Republican Party.
