One of the Liquidity Providers stream revenues, LP fees 🧵 I am a liquidity provider, how can I receive LP fees from swaps? This is a common question when talking about liquidity providing, mostly because there is no ‘claim rewards’ button as is the case for other rewards earned in the Elrond ecosystem (i.e farming, $EGLD staking). When a swap is performed, 0.25% of the deposited tokens (sold) are kept in the liquidity reserve of that pool, which is how Liquidity Providers automatically get their share of the fee without needing to claim. By ‘automatically’ we are referring to the fact that the liquidity of the pool increases so your LP tokens (share) are also worth more and the fees are adding up to your position. The real-time status of your LP position can be seen in the My Liquidity section (if not staked in farms) or by hovering over the “i" button next to your farm position (if staked).
