^^^ This sums up how I feel in the moment as well.

For the first time in a long time I'm starting to feel the same hunger I felt in 2022 Back then I was optimistic about the future, and I didn't have much to lose, which made me eager to log in every day looking for the next thing that would help me "make it" Somewhere between 2024 and 2025, I lost that hunger, but because people were making so much money I thought I just had to keep at it In hindsight I realize now that I lost that hunger because I was (figuratively) well fed, you could even say I was completely full But my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I stuck around at the crypto buffet longer than I should have ig! I don't have any regrets though, because the next time I feel that way I'll be a lot better prepared But even now, while I feel super jaded and have a really hard time wanting to do anything right now in this industry, the hunger of knowing that things can be so so so much better like they were in 2020, 2023, and possibly now in 2026, is enough for me to stay engaged and optimistic on a long enough time horizon
