Blaulicht-Prozesse
Video: Auszug aus einem Interview von Kai Stuht aus 2020
Bernd Bayerlein, Polizist in Bayern, Blaulicht-Pionier der ersten Stunde, steht am Montag, den 20.10.25, um 10:30 Uhr, vor dem Verwaltungsgericht Ansbach, um sich der Disziplinarklage seines Dienstherrn zur Entfernung aus dem Beamtenverhältnis zu erwehren.
WIR. bekommen in diesem öffentlichen Prozess zu sehen, welche "gravierenden Dienstpflichtverletzungen" Bernd begangen haben soll und weshalb der Freistaat Bayern der Ansicht ist, man müsse ihn aus dem Dienst entfernen.
Mitglieder der Vereine "Blaulicht-Familie" und "Polizisten für Aufklärung e. V." werden vor Ort sein.
WIR. sind sehr gespannt, wie viele Kollegen kommen, um den Prozess zu beobachten.
