از ساعت 3:18 اختلالی شدید در اینترنت اپراتورها و دیتاسنترها وجود داره
این اختلال باعث کاهش سرعت و افزایش پینگ شده

ساعت 4:11 هم با وصل شدن یه لینک وضعیت تا حدودی بهتر شده.
