من الكيسات الشائعه الي تجي هالفتره للعياده هي ارتفاع بدرجة الحراره ونحول وتعب تنطيه بندول 1غرام او بندول فيال جرعة 1غرام ، تنزل حرارته لكن تلكاها وره ساعه او ساعتين تصعد وترجع نفس الاعراض من خمول وحراره عاليه وصداع شديد ... الأمر غاليا يشير الى اصابه فايروسيه قويه يفضل بهيج حاله عمل تحاليل وخصوصا CBC , CRP , brocella IgG IgM and typhoid fever ( weddel test ) واخذ الاجراءات الازمه للحاله .. اذا تبين هناك نزول بالمناعه قويه بحيث تلكه كل ال white blood cells and lymphocytes , Neutrophil and platelets كلهن نازلات عن المعدل الطبيعي بنسبه جدا قويه ، يعود السبب لاصابه فايروسيه او بكتريا والمناعه تقاوم لكن هناك ضعف شديد بالحاله المناعيه للجسم ، فينبغي اخذ الادوية اللازمه حسب استشارة الطبيب المختص ، والراحه وعدم الاجهاد ، واكل الفواكه والاغذية الصحيه الجيده وشرب الكميه الكافيه من السوائل ، لكي تتحسن حالته الصحيه. . #كيسات_عياده

قبل شوي اجتي حاله امرأه مطهره ابنها يم رجال جبير علساس خبره و يطهر ، مخلي لفاف على penis مال الطفل بحيث لافه مرتين وقوي وكل هالفتره ممكن لو متأخرين يصير necrosis بالمنطقه او تلف بالعضلات مال العضو الطفل يصرخ وال head of penis مورم ، من فتحت اللفاف شوي ارتاح بين المكان والجرح غسلته اله ارتاح وبعدها خليت مرهم فيوسيدين وضماد مرتين او مره لكي يلتئم الجرح وما يصير التهاب. وبسلامتكم ... #كيسات_عياده

شباب الي عدهم عيادات حاولوا قدر الامكان تجنب الكورتزونات للمرضى الي عدهم سكري وضغط مثل ال Betacort or Kenacort ، Depomedrol , Dexamethasone Or something like this ... كلهم ذات اثار جانبيه كبيره على السكري , راح تأدي الى ارتفاع سكر الدم بكميات كثيره ولفتره يبقى تركيزها بالجسم ، وبنفس الوقت تسوي water retention وبالتالي راح تأدي الى ارتفاع الضغط ممكن للمرضى الي عدهم ضغط وياخذون ادويه ..

بعض الناس المراجعين خطيه احسهم بدون فهم وعلم بس يرحون لفلان ممرض او واحد مو ممرض سمعته حلوه بغض النضر عن شغله واختصاصه والادويه الي يطيها الهم ، قبل كم يوم اجاني مراجع جايب ابر كال اريد اضربهم ، كتله تمام شعندك انت اول شي ؟ كال بلاعيمي احتقان وفلاونزا كتله حجي هاي الابر ماتفيدك اولا انت عندك سكر وضغط وراح تأثر ، كتله منين جبتهم كال من الصيدليه !! ( بالعكس ادري هو جابهم من العياده بس يستحي يكول من الممرض ) كتله حجي هذا منطيك ادويه مال اطفال ( منطيه gentamicin amp 40mg and dexamethasone amp 4mg ) وكايله اخبطهم خبط وتصير زين ، كتله حجي اعذرني مااضربك الابر .

شنو رأيكم بيها وهم تسووها بعياداتكم ؟ مره اجاني رجال وجايب ابنه عمره بحدود 10 سنوات هم قبل فتره طاك بلاعيمه قبل شهر تقريبا يم العياده الي تطك بلاعيم 😣 اجه بلاعيمه مليانه خراج وفطريات ولسانه كذلك صاير ابيض وميكدر يفتحه حلكه بسهوله وكوه يبلع لانه متورمه حيل ! المشكله بالاجتهادات الشخصيه الي ماتصب بصالح المريض بالعكس تضره ؟؟ انطيتهم نصائح علمود يقل التورم وبعض الارشادات .

اكو يمنا واحد عنده عياده تمريضيه بس هو مو اختصاص سمعت من المقربين عليه بالمنطقه انه هو محامي ويمارس مهنة التمريض ، والفولتارين والاموكسيسيلين والديكادرون عنده زلاطه
