Japan — a country I returned to multiple times during this year, each visit revealing something entirely new. 🤝 The incredible people I met along the way left a piece of themselves with me and made me wiser at every turn. 🧢 Beyond the personal journey, my projects also had a breakout year, proving their worth in hard facts. Our rental marketplace boosted the floor price of +888 NFTs; Business Cards became a true legendary product; $MAJOR staking locked over 10,000,000 tokens and distributed 425,000+; we burned 2,300,000 tokens in total. ❤️ Portals. 2025 was the Telegram Gifts Year, so we decided to build the main stage. 🐣 It happened. Our decentralized confidential compute network, Cocoon, is live. The first AI requests from users are now being processed by Cocoon with 100% confidentiality. GPU owners are already earning TON. https://cocoon.org is up, with docs and the source code. 🤔 Centralized compute providers such as Amazon and Microsoft act as expensive intermediaries that drive up prices and reduce privacy. Cocoon solves both the economic and confidentiality issues associated with legacy AI compute providers. 🚀 Now we scale. ✈️ 15 countries in one month! October turned out to be incredible — I managed to visit 15 countries, half of them for the very first time. The scenery changed every two days, and each place had something unique: new people, new languages, new cultures. I practiced English in the UK, French in Belgium and France, German in Germany, and even Arabic with almost every other taxi driver 🚕 Of course, there were some tough moments when constant travel became exhausting, but the positive ones far outweighed them — they kept me going. When you travel, your mind starts working differently: you feel inspired, motivated, and new ideas suddenly come to you — even work decisions seem to appear out of nowhere. Along the way, I met many amazing people and partners — and that’s what inspired me the most: one day you’re having coffee with someone in London, and the next you’re staring at the stunning beauty of Normandy. The 15th country was Norway. Its landscapes are unlike anything else, though the climate there was a whole different story compared to the beginning of my journey 🥶

Mt adventures in Ireland 🇮🇪 @lead and I were traveling around Britain. Yesterday morning in Holyhead, Wales, we picked our next stop — Ireland. To decide how to get there, we flipped a coin: heads, the ferry; tails, the plane. Heads it was, so we went for a four-hour ride across the sea 🛳️ About five minutes before arrival we started talking about Ireland and Northern Ireland, and right before passport control we suddenly realized Ireland isn’t part of the Schengen Zone or the UK, which means you actually need a visa to get in 🚪 They let me through — I usually don’t even check visa rules, my passport works almost everywhere — but Max wasn’t so lucky. He got a “Permission to Land Refused” paper and a free ticket back to Wales. So I explored Ireland alone (you can see more stories from here on my main account — @borz) while Max headed back to the UK. Someone, please, send him a “Champion of Border Control” gift 🏆
