#Repost @instablog9ja Dating: At 41, cheating isn’t a dealbreaker for me — Toke Makinwa explains why she believes cheating is easier for women than men Media personality Toke Makinwa stirred debate on her latest podcast episode, addressing the double standards surrounding infidelity. She spoke candidly about her views on ch+ating, emphasizing that it is not a deal-breaker for her, but comes with its complexities. “I keep saying this thing, when I say people think that I’m encouraging ch+ating. Ch+ating is not a deal-breaker for me, but it comes with a catch-22, right?” Makinwa said. She added that societal narratives often unfairly portray ch+ating as predominantly a male issue. “As I grow older, I realize it’s not just men that can ch+at. Why are we always making this men’s deal special by making it seem as if it’s only these men? Do you know how easy it is for a woman to ch+at? It’s even easier for us than for men,” she noted.

Jelili Adesiyan, former Minister of Police, has described Deji Adeleke as a major force in Osun State politics, highlighting his significant influence even during his brother’s tenure in government. In a recent interview, Adesiyan said, “You know it yourself he’s the governor even when his brother was in government I served under him. I knew the influence he wielded on his senior brother.” He further noted Adeleke’s business acumen, saying, “You know Deji is a businessman and a capitalist to the core. He has to protect his interests. But today his interest is more than people of Osun State.” On Adeleke’s political stature, Adesiyan added, “Who’s Adeleke? Can that one become a governor? He knows I’m saying this to you and when he hears it he’ll say that man again. He’s the one in charge.” Adesiyan’s comments underscore Adeleke’s dual role as both a businessman and a key political player, reinforcing his reputation as a central figure in the state.
