Israeli Minister and Cabinet member Avi Dichter: Hamas has begun deception tactics by demanding that the IDF withdraw so it can reach the dead hostages in the area where the IDF is present. The immediate demand, which also corresponds with President Trump's statements, should be the return of all 20 living hostages within 72 hours as a first step that will dictate the continuation of the agreement's implementation stages. The living hostages are not in the area currently controlled by the IDF. Without this, there is no progress to be made in the agreement and the fighting must continue with full force.

Keep this date in mind: On October 10, the Nobel Peace Prize Committee decides on the winner. Hamas is very well aware of this date. If Trump isn’t gonna win - they’re finished!

Trump's plan had 20 points. Hamas agreed to the marginal, least consequential 7 and rejected the most important 13. If you think that anyone would really agree to continue dealing with them after the release of the hostages - you can kiss that thought goodbye.
