Andrew Biscay was arrested on Friday in Madera County California for impersonating a Federal Marshall. He was in possession of a uniform, a U.S. Marshall's badge, self-made baton, a self manufactured firearm, ammunition, and a flashing amber light. His vehicle also had markings to make it appear to be a law enforcement vehicle. Anyone who may have been stopped by Biscay is encouraged to call the Madera County Sheriff's Department at 559-675-7770....
