Russia is alleged to have bombed a Ukrainian maternity hospital. Was that a false flag? The evidence - including the photographs of the bomb "crater" and the damage to the buildings - suggests there is more to the story. https://technofog.substack.com/p/ukraine-maternity-hospital-shelling?s=w

Brief Special Counsel John Durham update - Durham previously informed the Court of potential conflicts of interest concerning Michael Sussmann's attorneys. Here's a new one: Sussmann's attorneys at Latham & Watkins, LLP represent Twitter in matters involving Twitter's general counsel, James Baker. DNC/Clinton lawyer Sussmann is accused of lying to Baker (who at the time was the FBI general counsel) in the fall of 2016.

The decision to arm Ukraine does not come without costs. While U.S. troops may not be put in harms way in this conflict (fingers crossed), it's only a matter of time before the Regime puts Americans in another war, whether in the Middle East or elsewhere. When that time comes, how will Russia respond? How many Russian weapons will be supplied to our adversaries and how many American soldiers will die? Something to think about. https://theweek.com/russo-ukrainian-war/1010979/the-us-has-moved-a-massive-amount-of-arms-into-ukraine-since-russias

Beware the false flags. But also beware the fake news and false promises, as are the means for dangerous ends: increased U.S. and NATO involvement in the war between Russia and Ukraine. Their diminished likelihood of success in Ukraine only increases their desperation. https://technofog.substack.com/p/ukrainerussia-beware-the-false-flags?s=w

Michael Sussmann is trying to get his case dismissed. Special Counsel Durham responds. Notable: Sussmann used sensitive data from the Executive Office of the President (transition period) to falsely claim "Trump and/or his associates were using a type of Russian-made wireless phone in the vicinity of the White House and other locations." That info was passed to the CIA. Full doc: https://www.scribd.com/document/562651017/44-US-Response-to-Michael-Sussmann-motion-to-dismiss

Russia's "red line" of NATO expansion and Western involvement in Ukraine - that which risked Russia invading Ukraine - has been an understanding of the US for ~20 years. Fiona Hill, the Regime's favorite Russia "expert", predicted in 2008 that Russia might take preemptive military action in response to potential NATO expansion to the East. The regime's proxy is Ukraine but their target is Russia. Consider the possibility that the West wanted war. Not for the benefit of Ukraine, as its people would suffer the costs and casualties. But for the West to weaken Putin (through penalties and sanctions and damage to their currency and economy) and increase the likelihood of regime change within Russia. For those in the Regime who hope for regime change in Russia: be careful what you wish for, because Putin's predecessor - if it comes to that - might be much worse.

As to the Danchenko filing - we have sort of an answer. Clerk error they corrected this morning - the summons was really a subpoena 🤦‍♂️. Huge difference. The significance of a subpoena in a federal criminal case? It commands someone to appear or product documents. I suspect it's to a third party (phone provider, etc) to produce records. See the sample subpoena form I'm providing. Subpoena still sealed, we'll provide an update once it's public.

Regarding Danchenko - Not that a superseding indictment is guaranteed, just that a superseding indictment is one of the more likely possibilities. This could also be relating to a plea deal. It could be clerk error (less likely).

Filed today - there is a sealed summons in the Igor Danchenko case. Recall that Danchenko (the Christopher Steele primary subsource) was indicted for lying to the Feds regarding his sourcing of the Steele dossiers. At this stage of the case - over 3 months after the initial charges were filed - it could very well be a superseding indictment.

One could say that Rogan is under attack for speaking truth to power. But that’s not quite true. As Christopher Hitchens observed, that cliché is looking in the wrong direction because power already knows the truth. More importantly, Rogan – and his guests – speak truth to the powerless. https://technofog.substack.com/p/the-revolution-has-come-for-joe-rogan
