Impose Heavy Taxes on Layer 2 Solutions: Significant taxes will be introduced on all Layer 2 projects, generating at least $5 billion annually in revenue. These funds will be used to repurchase and burn ETH in a fully decentralized manner. 3. Streamline EF Operations: EF staff will be drastically reduced, keeping only top-performing team members. Remaining employees will receive substantial salary increases, creating a merit-based system focused on results and efficiency. 4. Adjust Node Rewards and Boost Fee Burns: Node rewards will be reduced while emphasizing fee-burning mechanisms. This ensures Ethereum remains deflationary and strengthens its position as a store of value.
