Let’s kick off with the minimum activity requirements for the drop — super simple, so even someone who jumped in on the very last day could spend just 3 hours in our app and still make the winners’ list. Here’s what it took to qualify: - Balance: 30,000+ NUTS - Lessons: 13+ completed - XP: 5,000+ - Achievements: 6+ ✍️ For the record, lessons ended up being the real game-changer. Out of 86 total, only 13 were needed — and it just hit me…

But here’s the question: was that fair? Or did I make the activity requirements a little too easy?

➖ And now, on to the main part! Yesterday was the toughest day — I was chasing down those "manual" multi-accounts. ⚰️ Farewell to 26,597 multis. I’m no Dominic Toretto, but I let a few "family" accounts slide — up to 10 per device, as long as the farming was bringing real value to the app. In total, that covered 577 accounts.

I’d estimate the chance of mistakenly removing an honest user — or missing a Sybil — at around 0.1%

We’re finally nearing the end of my anti-Sybil campaign… No tens of millions left, not even hundreds of thousands. Curious how many remain? Just a modest few tens of thousands of real, honest people!

Exactly for these kinds of users, Mister Patrick gives it his all — as if it were his last day, not the Sybils’! 😁 ⚰️ Today’s final batch of bots: 76,580 As for surprising part — there were two massive farms with 30k and 20k accounts — abandoned by their own owners back in March and again around late April/early May. 💔 Our MAU even took a hit from such a sudden "user" outflow. How do you cope with a breakup like that… Watching those outflow spikes from multi-accounters pop up in the metrics was actually pretty fun. Friends, I can’t tell you how much your support for my work (or should I say — my hunt) means to me! It’s a huge source of motivation and a reminder that everything is working for your good.

With the community’s green light, I’m moving ahead with my anti-Sybil journey. ➖ Today I want to share some tricks in our app that’ve been there since February. Definitely one of those "not a bug, but a feature" moments 😁 Every two weeks, we set "traps" in the app to catch the savviest Sybil users. For a short window, we disabled certain «buttons» in specific sections so they couldn’t be accessed through the UI. 🤡 Turns out a shocking number of "pros" still found ways to use those blocked features. No «button» on the screen, but somehow they kept clicking it… now that’s persistence!

Small tricks — big consequences for smart-bot owners.

➖ ⚰️ Today’s traps caught and wiped out: ✅ Lessons: 112,657 ✅ Tasks: 64,049 ✅ Other: 48,383 The traps work in different ways, but the idea stays the same: gradually filtering out waves of "dead" accounts that appear and disappear. As of September 26, there are 147,138 contenders left for the rewards.

At this pace, even I’m curious to see what the final distribution will look like. One thing’s certain: only the worthy will survive in Nuts Farm!

💭 Just some thoughts

Hey friends! I’ve got some striking stats and thoughts to share. Ready?

As I mentioned earlier, since launch Nuts Farm has seen nearly 3 million unique users. 🤔 But here’s the catch: About 70% of them didn’t pass the minimal activity threshold — something you can hit in just ~2 hours in the app. Giving a meaningful reward for that level of "contribution" to product testing would be kinda laughable, right? Another puzzling fact: So far, 17% of farming accounts were flagged and removed for not coming clean. You really thought we’d fill out the Google form for you? That leaves 87% 💭 After thinking it over, I want to ask the community:

Are we doing the right thing? Maybe we should’ve just given everyone a reward big enough for a cup of coffee instead of running anti-sybil campaigns? What do you think?

➖ ⚰️ Today’s catch was small: 26,706 accounts. I spotted many referral farms — their behavior patterns were clearly non-random. As of September 25, eligible reward candidates: 372,227. Looking forward to your replies, folks!

Could a human do that? Seems obvious — that level of machine-like precision isn’t human.

⚰️ Based on this and several other signals, today I wiped out 294,833 accounts. As of September 24, there are 398,933 contenders left for the reward.

📚 Simple Crash Course

Frens, the anti-Sybil campaign has officially kicked off — but I see not everyone fully gets what’s going on here…

Let’s break it down: Multi-accounters, farmers, sybils — they all come from the same root. I’ll take the most common one and explain it in simple terms:

Sybil — when one person creates multiple fake accounts or wallets to game the system and grab extra rewards.

💰 These guys pump up the metrics but bring zero real value to the product — and the worst part is, they’re stealing rewards meant for real users. To be honest, I was once on that same path myself, so I can spot the pattern easily. But everyone deserves a second chance — we even gave fair farmers the chance to come clean. ➖ ⚰️ Today wasn’t a lucky day for another 61,824 accounts, whose "creative" nicknames didn’t quite hold up: hot0000000b33 / hot0000000b41 / hot00000046 / hot0000009a / hot000000b20 / hot000000b23... As of September 23, the total number of reward contenders is 693,766.

👋 Well then, fewer players = bigger share of rewards!
