IT index आज top sectoral loser रहा, Nifty IT 1.2% गिरकर ~38,100 पर आया। Coforge 4% तक फिसला, TCS, HCLTech, Infosys, Wipro, TechM, LTIM, Persistent में 1–2% की गिरावट रही। Fed की “hawkish cut” आशंका, global IT spending slowdown, weak deal pipeline और AI/automation को लेकर uncertainty से sentiment weak हुआ, हालांकि कई analysts इसे long-term investors के लिए value zone मान रहे हैं. Bajaj Finance का AUM FY26 में ₹5 लाख करोड़ पार करने की राह पर है, अभी ₹4.62 लाख करोड़ (Sep 2025) है। इससे ये mid-size private banks (Kotak ₹7.07L cr, IndusInd ₹5.27L cr) की league में आ जाएगा और Yes Bank व IDBI को पीछे छोड़ चुका है। कंपनी voice-bot से ₹3,500cr loans और AI agents से 90% workload cut की योजना पर काम कर रही है, जबकि Bajaj Finserv group FY30 तक consolidated PAT ₹21–24k cr और assets ₹3.1–3.4L cr का लक्ष्य रखता है. Indian rice exporter stocks गिर गए क्योंकि President Trump ने Indian rice imports पर नए tariffs की धमकी दी है। LT Foods ~8% तक टूटा, GRM Overseas ~6% down, जबकि KRBL, Kaveri Seeds और AWL Agri Business में ~2.5% की गिरावट दिखी; पहले भी Indian imports पर 50% tariff hike से ये export-oriented counters sensitive रहे हैं. Tata Group की retail arm Trent इस समय 2025 की worst Nifty performer बन चुकी है, जिससे investors के लिए करीब ₹1 लाख करोड़ की wealth erosion हुई है। Stock में correction की बड़ी वजह aggressive store expansion से Zudio की cannibalisation, consumption slowdown और organised retail में बढ़ती competition मानी जा रही है, हालांकि कुछ analysts long term में recovery की उम्मीद रखते हैं. Kaynes Tech के शेयर 4 दिन में 30% और 52-week high से लगभग 50% तक टूट चुके हैं, गिरावट की वजह Kotak की related-party disclosure वाली रिपोर्ट और governance को लेकर डर है। फिर भी Macquarie ने stock पर ‘Outperform’ rating रखी है, करीब 100% upside वाला target दिया है और मानता है कि current levels पर valuation attractive हो चुका है, बशर्ते accounting clarity और growth narrative intact रहे.

Market फिर gap-down, Nifty करीब, Sensex ~460 pts down। Asian Paints, Trent, Jio Financial top losers; broad-based selling से midcaps/smallcaps भी pressure में। FED से पहले global risk-off + FII selling India VIX ऊंचा रख रही है. ICICI Bank shares आज गिरावट में, क्योंकि bank ICICI Prudential AMC में अतिरिक्त 2% stake ₹2,140 crore में खरीद रहा है। इससे ICICI की AMC में holding ~53% तक रहेगी, जबकि Prudential IPO में 10% stake बेचकर exit reduce करेगा. Piramal Finance gold loan business में entry के लिए Hyderabad-based Keertana Finserv को खरीदने पर विचार कर रही है, लेकिन Keertana full sell-out को तैयार नहीं, सिर्फ minor stake dilution और आगे चलकर ₹5,000cr AUM पर IPO प्लान है। Keertana का ₹3,250cr में 90%+ portfolio gold loans है और FY26 तक microfinance से पूरी तरह exit कर केवल jewellery-backed loans पर focus करेगी, जबकि Piramal (₹91,500cr AUM) भी FY26-end तक gold loans लॉन्च करना चाहती है.

Fujiyama Power Systems ने शानदार performance दर्ज की,Profit 97.4% बढ़कर Rs 62.9 crore हुआ,Revenue 72.6% बढ़कर Rs 567.9 crore हुआ. Mahindra and Mahindra की sales volume 19.6% बढ़कर 91,839 units हुई. Siemens के Board ने Low Voltage Motors और Geared Motors businesses को Innomotics India को slump-sale basis पर बेचने को मंज़ूरी दी. Larsen & Toubro के Board ने realty business undertaking को subsidiary L&T Realty Properties में slump sale के ज़रिए transfer करने को मंज़ूरी दी. InterGlobe Aviation (IndiGo) के लिए Moody's ने credit negative की चेतावनी दी. ICICI Bank ने ICICI Prudential AMC में Prudential Corporation Holdings (PCHL) से 2% additional stake Rs 2,140 crore में खरीदने के लिए agreement किया. Physicswallah ने ज़बरदस्त growth दिखाई Profit 69.6% बढ़कर Rs 69.7 crore हुआ Revenue 26.3% बढ़कर Rs 1,051.2 crore हुआ. VTM ने Tamil Nadu Government के साथ MoU साइन किया (Rs 50 crore investment over two years for cotton grey fabric और home textile products manufacture). Welspun Corp की associate company East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (EPIC), KSA को Saudi Water Authority से steel pipes की supply के लिए 485 million SAR (Rs 1,165 crore) से अधिक का contract मिला.
