British American Tobacco (BAT) ITC Hotels में $776M (15.3% stake) बेचने का plan। Debt कम करने और non-strategic asset से exit। Accelerated bookbuild process से 7-15.3% बेचेगा। BAT ITC Ltd से demerger के बाद stake inherit किया था। ITC Hotels shares flat रहे. एक हफ्ते में consumers ने 100 tonnes पुराना silver बेचा! Brookfield India Real Estate Trust के management ने institutional placement of units (लगभग Rs 327 per unit) को मंज़ूरी दी। Issue जल्द ही खुलेगा. Diamond Power Infrastructure को Adani Green Energy से solar cable supply के लिए Rs 748 crore का order मिला. IFGL Refractories Limited के promoter group के भीतर 0.61% shares का internal transfer हुआ। (Overall promoter control पर कोई असर नहीं). JMG Corporation Limited में Investor Neerav Bairagi नया promoter बनने जा रहा है. RailTel Corporation of India को Central Public Works Department (CPWD) से ICT networks (supply, installation, testing, and commissioning) के लिए Rs 63 crore का order मिला. Niraj Cement Structurals Limited के joint venture को SGMC monorail station को Mahalaxmi metro and suburban station से जोड़ने के लिए Rs 82.66 crore का work order मिला (FOB with Travellator के माध्यम से). Seamec Ltd ने HAL Offshore Limited के साथ Multi Support Vessel को 5 साल के लिए ONGC contract में deploy करने के लिए Contract साइन किया. Onme Soho Health and Beauty Limited ने senior executive को key leadership में ownership देने के लिए Hong Kong subsidiary में 15% stake बेची। (Ownership 85% तक कम हुई). Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Limited (KFIL) ने major newspapers में Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) को shares transfer करने की public notification दी. Sensex Up 158.51 Points, Bank Nifty Down 59.55 Points, Nifty50 Up 47.75 Points Sensex, Nifty 4-day गिरावट तोड़कर हल्की तेजी के साथ बंद। Sensex 158 pts ऊपर पर, Nifty 48 pts बढ़कर पर बंद हुआ। Midcaps, smallcaps mixed रहे, volatility बनी रही IndusInd Bank ने Hinduja Group के साथ strategic partnership की चर्चा के रिपोर्ट को खारिज कर दिया है। बैंक ने स्पष्ट किया है कि इस तरह का कोई discussion फिलहाल नहीं चल रहा है . Centre ने सिगरेट और तंबाकू उत्पादों पर नए health और national security cess के साथ excise duty बढ़ाने का प्रस्ताव रखा है, जिससे GST compensation cess खत्म हो जाएगा। नई व्यवस्था में 1,000 स्टिक्स पर duty ₹2,700 से ₹11,000 तक होगी, जो stick size और specifications पर निर्भर करेगी, च्युइंग तंबाकू पर छूट बढ़ाकर 25% से 100% और hookah तंबाकू पर 25% से 40% कर दी जाएगी। सिगरेट कंपनियां कीमतों में वृद्धि से price hikes पास कर सकती हैं, खासकर premium और king-size variants में. Bajaj Housing Finance shares 10% गिरे 5 दिनों में ₹95.15 पर (IPO price ₹70 के पास)! Bajaj Finance ने ₹1,600cr stake बेचा, promoters 85% hold। Technically oversold - RSI 13.4, सभी SMAs नीचे। Q2 net profit 18% up ₹643cr​.

Sensex Down 31.46 Points, Bank Nifty Up 74.45 Points, Nifty50 Down 46.20 Points Sensex, Nifty choppy session के बाद flat बंद। BEL, M&M 2% गिरे। Profit booking + FII selling ने दबाया। Rupया 90 पर record low। Foreign funds positions कम कर रहे . JSW Steel shares 3% गिरे क्योंकि JFE Steel के साथ BPSL integrated steel facility के लिए 50:50 JV announce हुआ। यह JV Nashik facility को transfer करेगी, capacity 2030 तक 10 MTPA तक expand करने का plan। Market ने stake dilution पर reaction दिया .
