Dear Reiner, I cannot express how grateful I am for your dedication. You have given everything, even your freedom and closeness to your family. Without your efforts, I would have despaired during the coronavirus pandemic. Your demeanor and your weekly Friday updates gave me hope and brought peace and joy back into my life, as I hoped that everything would soon come to light. Instead, you were thrown into darkness. Two classes of justice - Monitoring critics now easier than ever before in Germany Returning of illegal immigrants to their country of origin only after polite questioning Berlin, Germany. On the one hand, police officers must knock on the door of a refugee shelter when they want to pick up a foreigner for deportation. The Federal Constitutional Court recently ruled that officers need a search warrant because the Basic Law guarantees the inviolability of the home. On the other hand, police officers will now be allowed to break into homes secretly. This has now been decided by the House of Representatives. On Thursday, the CDU, SPD, and AfD parties approved numerous amendments to Berlin's police law. The General Security and Public Order Act (Asog) gives the police much more power than before. Among other things, the police will be able to monitor phones and laptops more easily in the future. Because criminals are increasingly using encrypted communication, investigators must keep up, according to the reasoning behind the so-called source telecommunications surveillance (Quellen-TKÜ). This requires intercepting communication before encryption or after decryption – namely directly on the telephone or computer. To do this, the police are allowed to use malware such as “state Trojans.” In certain cases, this can be done via remote installation. The new Section 26a of the Asog now also allows “covert entry into homes and the secret searching of rooms and belongings.” And the new Section 26b also permits the online searching of servers, PCs, laptops, and even smartphones. A court order is required for source telecommunications surveillance and online searches. From the authorities' point of view, there must also be a risk of a terrorist offense or a “particularly serious offense” as defined in Section 100 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Numerous offenses are listed under this section. They range from high treason to extortion, gang theft, computer fraud, counterfeiting, and the formation of criminal organizations. The latter in particular is interpreted differently in Germany. As a reminder, the public prosecutor's office in Bavaria, for example, investigated the climate activists of the Last Generation on this charge. When i first saw Reiner on a video i think it was late 2020/2021 i was so impressed with his calmness and positive clear way he put over the information, since then we have followed as many video's we could find, plus audio's from the prison.
