This was right after my time at Crystal Cove, and I had planned to cruise down to Laguna Beach — but it was a Sunday, and the crowds were heavy. I trusted the flow and kept moving, and Spirit led me a bit further south to Strand Beach in Dana Point — quiet, spacious, and perfect. 🥣 Cosmic Stew on the Shoreline Down by the ocean, I ended up freestyle-cooking a Cosmic Stew — a soulful, high-frequency blend of: 🌟 Organic chicken sausages 🌟 Pink, golden, and regular oyster mushrooms 🌟 Potatoes, broccolini, zucchini, and corn on the cob 🌟 Homegrown tomatoes 🌟 Raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries 🌟 All infused with homemade nut & seed milk (walnuts, almonds & pumpkin seeds) And of course… solar codes, Earth vibes, and West Coast energy As the sunset painted the sky, the breeze rolled in, and everything felt in total alignment. 🌀 Presence, Frequency & Sovereignty In this episode, I dropped in with some truth gems — on navigating the quantum realm, embodying natural sovereignty, shifting timelines, and grounding in the now.
