​​Solana Layer 2 Sonic SVM will launch its token on January 7. According to the blog post the snapshot was completed today. The eligibility checker goes live on January 3. 7% of the total supply was allocated for the initial airdrop. Bybit & Bitget already announced SONIC listing.

​​Binance will offer Solv Protocol (SOLV) airdrop to BNB holders. 7% of the genesis token supply (588M out of 8.6B SOLV) to be offered. Users are required to subscribe to Simple Earn/Locked products with their BNB in order to participate.

​​Binance will offer BIO Protocol (BIO) farming on Binance Launchpool as of December 24. Users will be able to stake their BNB, FDUSD to farm BIO tokens over 10 days. 3% (99.6M BIO) of the total genesis supply to be offered on the platform (85% of the tokens for BNB stakers). Binance will list BIO on January 3rd at 10:00 AM (UTC).

​​Binance released a first batch of Binance Alpha projects: KOMA, CHEEMS, APX, AI16Z, AIXBT. According to the recent blog post Binance Alpha serves as a pre-listing token selection pool, designed to enhance transparency in the process of token consideration for Binance Exchange listings.

​​Layer-2 rollup network Glacier (GLS) will have a primary listing on December 18th. GLS token will be available for trading on KuCoin, Gate and Uniswap around 10:00 AM (UTC) on Dec 18. Glacier has raised $3.4M during public sale recently at $30M FDV ($0.033 per token).

​​Parallel EVM Layer 2 Reddio announced public testnet release on December 16th. The startup has closed seed round in August from Paradigm and others and according to the blog post will announce its Series A round soon.

​​Avalanche announced that its Avalanche9000 upgrade is live on Mainnet. According to the blog post this will reduce Avalanche blockchain deployment and transaction costs significantly.

​​Binance will offer Simon's Cat (CAT) and Pudgy Penguins (PENGU) airdrop to BNB holders. 12.7% of max CAT token supply and 3% of total PENGU supply to be offered. Users who subscribed to Simple Earn products during Dec 9-12 with their BNB will get the airdrops distribution. Binance will list CAT and PENGU on December 17, at 09:00 (UTC) and 14:00 (UTC) respectively.

Binance will list VANA on December 16th at 10:00 AM (UTC).
