In my last week in Thailand. I’ve trained much more smarter this time and rested more when needed. My back feels best it has since I injured it last year and my mobility has got better. I’m not a real goal setter I kinda take day by day, but this year turning 40 in couple months I said to myself I wanted be most physically fit that I’ve ever been and I think I’m pretty close. I think physical exercise and doing it smart will be constant learning and something I will do now until the day I die. I really don’t drink anymore and have a better relationship with alcohol now when I do. I still wanna enjoy alcohol on occasions and think there is a healthy balance. The ciggies I’m not giving up yet, it’s my last true love that im holding onto. Prob the year I need start finding some good tobacco if wanna keep smoking instead of the toxic shit. Got lot videos I wanna make but have been fairly tunnel visioned and narrow focused while training so look forward to that soon and of course Bendigo on March 15th-16th

Really enjoyed parts of this preso. Like everything take the gems leave rest on the shelf. But I liked what she said about humility. Really got me thinking. I can see myself how I was programmed into ‘Humble = poor’ and that I saw this as a virtue.
