About 25 years ago, researchers identified Blue Zones, locations around the world where residents have particularly healthy and long lives. They're the people who have lived the longest, and zones include Okinawa, Japan; Ikaria, Greece; Sardinia, Italy; Nicoya, Costa Rica; and Loma Linda, California. The Blue Zones have the world’s highest proportions of centenarians (people who live to age 100 and older). These residents have lower rates of chronic diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and dementia. Their practices lead to a longer life, and include eating a plant-based diet, intermittent fasting, drinking alcohol in moderation, and spirituality, among others. You don't have to live in a blue zone to improve your health and longevity. So much of it has to do with the health of your telomeres. Hope and Assurance: Verse 6 encourages believers to rejoice, even in trials, as these lead to spiritual growth and the testing of faith. Salvation: Verse 7 highlights that the genuineness of faith, tested by trials, results in praise and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ. COVID tyrants around the world are getting very nervous. UK Prof Sir Chris Whitty silenced government ethics advisers who warned about the impact of Covid policies. Whistleblowers say group was sidelined after raising ‘unwelcome’ concerns about lockdowns and the Covid vaccine. Moving swiftly after the ACIP decision on HepB, President Trump just ordered Secretary RFK Jr. to move toward ENDING the current American infant vaccine schedule. Trump pointed out that the American Childhood Vaccine Schedule (which I call the Pediatric Poisoning Schedule) is the only country in the world that requires 72 jabs. Far more than any other country. Far more than necessary. Why? I've long questioned this schedule, and now President Trump is too. He has directed HHS to “FAST TRACK” a comprehensive evaluation of Vaccine Schedules from other countries around the world to better align the U.S. Vaccine Schedule. Finally. I've advocated for a good, hard look at this schedule for SO LONG! It's common sense.
