How to do your work with quality Since not only quantity but also quality are important in the work, you shouldn’t put an infinite number of cases in your schedule. It's a shortcut to burnout. At the beginning of each day, before you get to work, decide what three tasks you want to accomplish by the end of the day. Your working hours include many urgent tasks. The rule of threes allows you to prioritize and deal first with what is of most value. It also helps to weed out unnecessary tasks, for example, if a task hasn't been in your top three for a week, you probably shouldn't do it and you won't waste time!

You gotta have an opinion on everything An empty-headed herd is easy to manage. You shouldn't be in that herd. We are deceived every day: by advertising, by someone else's reviews, by subjective evaluations, etc. ✅ It's important to clearly define your position in life, to have your own opinion, which you can prove with clear facts about anything. You shouldn't talk about things you don't know. That way your opinion will be valued. How to do it? Rely on facts. If you want to study an issue, find a study where the information is laid out with dry facts without anyone else's assessment. And little by little overlay one piece of information on top of another. That's where reading and reasoned opinion come from. It's not scary to be wrong, you can always change your opinion - it's scary to live in ignorance and get caught up in all kinds of bullshit.
