“Umm... Radiant One, I thought you were the very epitome of a Neo-Corded Ware Culture Monstrosity, but you do not look so jacked here – what is going on!?”
As much as it pains me to share this picture, I do so in order to spread some knowledge.
The reason I look less muscular than usual is because the picture is taken with a 16 mm lens.
A 50 mm lens is the most accurate (i.e. the closest to what your eyes would see in the flesh).
So essentially, a 16 mm lens will make you slimmer (the same is true for your face), whereas a 50 mm will be both truer (and often) more flattering.
The same is true for video – the focal length of the lens you are filming with will influence how you will look.
The regrettable part is that to film with a 50 mm lens, you need to be quite far away from the camera.
So, most of my videos (hand-held in the forest) are with a 16 mm focal length. And recent ones are with a 28 mm focal length (I need to hold the tripod a bit further from me – more arm training).
Anyway, pictures can be deceiving (videos too).
Something to keep in mind!

🇸🇪 Tragedy in Stockholm, Sweden
I know precious little about the details surrounding yesterday's tragedy (three dead after a bus-driver crashed into a bus stop).
I am sure more details will surface soon.
What we can say for certain is that tragedies are a lot more common in Sweden these days.
Had this happened 20 years ago, it would have been a national trauma for years to come. Now, horrific instances such as this happen quite often.
I do not have anything new to say about Sweden's trajectory or the multicultural hell-project.
That said, I do not want to let a tragedy like this go by unremarked.
We do not want to get to the stage where we stop caring. We must never accept this as normal or acceptable.
We need to be Sensitive Young Men (a Sensitive Young Man is someone who cares – even when others have stopped caring).
We must continue to work for regime change. The only way out is through. Full steam ahead.

Lessons From My Depression
I was, after ten long years under the Sword of Damocles, finally overcome by stress! I am better now though, and am here to share a few insights which might come in handy should you find yourself in a dark place:
• Your thoughts shape patterns in your brain. The more you think certain thoughts, the easier similar thoughts will come to you.
Think of it as the creation of a riverbed; the more water flowing, the broader and deeper it gets – facilitating the flow of even more water.
If you constantly think bad thoughts, obsessing over your bad situation, this thought pattern will establish itself firmer.
Thus, your first step is to break this pattern as soon as possible.
Steer your thoughts in a positive direction (very easy in theory, hard in practice). Inside you, there are two rivers. Steer the water (your thoughts) into the positive river.
As long as you and your family are healthy, other problems can be taken care of.
• Be aggressive and assertive in dealing with whichever problem comes your way. Any victory, no matter how small, adds momentum to your upwards spiral.
Being passive in the face of a problem will result in a downwards spiral.
Take care of business. Otherwise you lose – if you want to LARP or schizo-maxx you can view it as a demonic attack, and you do not want to lose to a demon. The only way out of the bad situation is to push through it.
• Do not burden others. If you carry negative energies, deal with them first, lest they spread to others.
That said, it is good to find comfort in good company.
Humans are social creatures, and you are not meant to face dark times alone. A woman needs her family, a man needs his brothers.
• Train hard and optimise your health. This goes without saying, but I thought to mention it at least.
I hope the video is somewhat helpful.

⭐️ Very Important When Injured!
• As I noted in my latest video, try to learn from the mistakes of others. Be humble, and listen to the advice of those who have walked the same path before you.
Be patient. With good discipline, you will reach your goals sooner or later; a short-cut (an ego-lift in the gym to reach a certain goal, for example) may prove to be a big mistake should you injure yourself.
• Despite being intelligent and prudent, injuries may still happen.
Should this befall you, I encourage you to immediately find something else to progress in.
Can't lift in the gym? Can't train MMA?
Take up calligraphy.
“Paragon of Virtue, how can this possibly help me?”
It will help you by giving you another momentum. Since your momentum in your other endeavour is temporarily broken, you need to find another path to build up a momentum on.
The last thing you want to do is to be passive.
Mother Nature is a cruel mistress, and she will punish low-thumos attitudes.
This is why it is common to see guys become depressed when injured. Because they lose the joy for life when they stop walking on the path of the Overman.
When you do not win every day (i.e. when you do not gain an accomplishment – no matter how small), you may end up feeling bad. This must be avoided – lest this turns into a downward spiral.
Lastly, your healing process will be quicker the happier you are. Again, Mother Nature detests weakness and unhappiness. But she can be generous and kind to those who go about life with a positive attitude.

What Does Not K*ll You Makes You Stronger – Or Bitter and Jaded
“Learn from your mistakes.”
It is better to learn from the mistakes of others.
“What does not k*ill you makes you stronger.”
This is not a bad mentality; it is good to try to grow stronger from setbacks. But we also need to be honest and say that many setbacks do not come with any silver lining.
Mistakes will leave scars and may haunt you for a long time.
Same thing with an injury. It may continue to haunt you for a long time. It does not make you stronger, it makes you weaker.
It is necessary to take risks. It is often necessary to take a leap of faith.
Being reckless means taking a leap of faith without preparation.
Being brave means taking a leap of faith after formulating an intelligent tactic in order to optimise the chances of success.
Men of culture will understand that life can be approached like a strategy game; some elements will always be up to chance – but a skilled player knows that the better you position your pieces on the gaming board, the better your chances will be.
My advice to younger guys is to be high-thumos, life-affirming, and hungry. This must be tempered by discipline and inherited wisdom – so that all risks and all leaps of faith are calculated.
This is especially true for those who engage themselves in the struggle for European civilisation; we cannot afford to be reckless. We must approach the matter with passion combined with insight.

I just saw this AI-generated description of the following video:
"This video explores the connection between Nietzsche's philosophy of the Overman and physical training. The speaker argues that the gym offers a tangible path to self-overcoming, similar to the alchemical process of refining oneself.
They emphasize the importance of viewing training holistically, focusing on personal progress rather than external comparisons."
Quite a nice summary by this particular Machine Spirit 🌞💪🙏

Avoid This Mistake as a Father
The slop culture of recent decades has worked hard to present the “Dad” as a figure of contempt.
In sharp contrast, the Father of centuries past was one of stoic calm, wisdom, authority, and kindness.
It is clear which path we must follow.
This is not the main point of the video (although it is related).
My main point is to warn new fathers or fathers-to-be of a certain danger:
Of transforming from a tiger to a castrated house-cat.
Of losing sight of your goals and ambitions.
Of believing that everything ends once you become a father.
It is true that you will have less time as a husband and a father – but do not let that put a stop to your dreams.
Take your family with you upwards and onwards!

Western governments could learn a thing or two from Bhutan.
This is from the Bhutanese Citizenship Act of 1977 (perfectly reasonable demands in my humble opinion):
· Henceforth, I owe allegiance only to His Majesty the Druk Gyalpo of Bhutan.
· I shall abide by and observe the Laws and Rules and Regulations of the Royal Government with unswerving reverence.
· I shall observe all the customs and traditions of the people of Bhutan.
· I shall not commit any act against the TSAWASUM OF BHUTAN (the country, the people and the King).
· As a citizen of Bhutan, I hereby take this oath in the name of Yeshey Goempo and undertake to serve the country to the best of my ability.

I stumbled upon the following (perhaps related passages yesterday):
🇬🇧🇧🇹
A British source tells us:
“According to this source, he led an army ‘from the northern portion of Bhutan, who were half as tall again as ordinary men, and were of fair complexion, and spoke a dialect unintelligible to the southern Bhutias.’
The English, our source says, measured the height and size of this gigantic man for there had never been seen such powerful man before.”
This was after a military encounter with the Bhutanese.
A young Scotsman, George Bugle, said the following of the Bhutanese more generally:
“The more I see of the Bhutanese the more I am pleased with them. The common people are good-humoured, downright, and, I think, thoroughly trusty. The statesmen have some of the art which belongs to their profession.
They are the best-built race I ever saw; many of them very handsome, with complexions as fair as the French.”
From The History of Bhutan by Karma Phuntsho.

Fortress of Lugh posted the following on X:
“Afanasievo (Proto-Indo-Europeans) in the Himalayas.
"Our results suggest that the northern Himalayas witnessed substantial gene flow from groups with ancestries related to the Tibetan Plateau and the Steppe over time."”
Whereupon I responded:
Hmm, highly interesting. If my esteemed audience will permit me to schizopost a bit:
Perhaps this can help explain the fact that many Hyperborean Mystics feel a certain connection with – or at least fascination with – the Himalayas.
Tibetan Buddhism, Shambala, snow leopards, hidden doctrines, aesthetic temples. The region has a certain allure for sure!
Since we are on the topic, I will share the following greeting from Jamgön Kongtrul:
‘At the request of the spiritual friend Karma Palden, an attendant of the fourteenth Omniscient Lord of the Victorious Ones, and whose mind is totally devoted to the definite meaning, I, Karma Ngawang Yönten Gyamtso, bearing merely the signs of a Buddhist monk, at the age of twenty-seven, gradually dictated this text, and he transcribed it.
May it send forth glorious healing qualities for the doctrine and for beings. In all times and directions may glory prevail.
May the glorious blaze of good fortune adorn the world. Virtue! Virtue!’
