Cadets, The Reign of Terror Refund Poll is now CLOSED and the results are in. The majority voted for NO REFUND (19 from 51 people total voted for a refund), which means that we'll move on to the token distribution process on BNB. ⭐️ As mentioned in the previous post, Reign of Terror will open a portal soon where you can connect your Solana wallet to. ⭐️ In the portal you can enter your BNB address and their team will take care of the token and game access pass airdrops. If you don't have a BNB wallet yet, the easiest wallet to use is Metamask and this can be downloaded here: https://metamask.io/ As soon as we have more information about the portal and the actual launch, we'll share this with the community. o7!

Cadets, As announced on the 27th of March, we currently have a poll running where Reign of Terror IDO participants can vote if the IDO should be refunded or not. Reasons that we initiated this vote are: 1: Participants expected the Awakening launch within days of the public sale on StarLaunch - As of now, Awakenings hasn't launched yet 2: Participants expected to receive their Access Passes directly following the public sale - As of now, the passes haven't been distributed yet 3: Participants believed they were purchasing a Solana-based token - As of this writing, RoT is launching ERC-20 and BEP-20 tokens 4: Participants expected the launch to happen in the 1st or 2nd week of March - The launch is now planned for 5th of April We got some updated information from the Reign of Terror team about the way participants would claim their tokens, in case the refund wouldn't be triggered. Since to us, this seems like a very streamlined and easy process, we thought it'd be worth sharing: 1: Reign of Terror designed their own claim portal for allocations 2: Participants would connect to the portal with their Solana wallet and can then fill in their BNB wallet address 3: Reign of Terror will then take care of distribution of the IDO tokens, as well as the Reign of Terror Gamepass that gives you access to Awakening In case you voted for a refund and you have changed your mind, please cast another vote and we'll make your most recent vote count. By launching on ERC-20 or BNB, Reign of Terror is trying to reduce their own risk of being reliant on one chain as part of their aim to be multichain, to bring in as large of a community as well. They have multiple partnerships going on including one with Oasys (Japanese gaming blockchain) and Immutable X. Since the $SUPRA token launches on ERC-20 and our platform is on Solana, we asked all our Cadets to update their Fractal account and add a single, valid ERC-20 address. Cadets, As you know, we announced our new refund voting system awhile back to give our users some extra assurances when it comes to public sales and launches. Unfortunately, we’re compelled by the conditions surrounding the Reign of Terror launch to offer a refund vote to the community. The reasons are as follows: 1️⃣: Participants expected the Awakening launch within days of the public sale on StarLaunch - As of now, Awakenings hasn't launched yet 2️⃣: Participants expected to receive their Access Passes directly following the public sale - As of now, the passes haven't been distributed yet 3️⃣: Participants believed they were purchasing a Solana-based token - As of this writing, RoT is launching ERC-20 and BEP-20 tokens 4️⃣: Participants expected the launch to happen in the 1st or 2nd week of March - The launch is now planned for 5th of April Response from the RoT team: 1️⃣&4️⃣: We’ve further expanded the design and redid some of the economy, so this unfortunately added onto the design and implementation time. We also ended up going full web on it since it had some optimization issues with our engine + web. We have the testnet right now and still want the community to try it after we feel more comfortable letting people in. We really want to let the community play as early as possible too, but we had to go through a few economic verification tests as well. 2️⃣: We still plan on sending them the passes. It’s just due to the added changes we made to Awakening, the passes wouldn’t have utility until they can go in the game. 3️⃣: The pushback on some of our potential collab projects and community members regarding using a Phantom wallet had been a lot higher than expected, with the decreasing sentiment there, we decided it would be better from a long-term security viewpoint to be on ERC20 and bridging from there. StarLaunch remains confident that Reign of Terror intends to build and launch an enriching and immersive cyberpunk strategy game experience, and our experiences working with the RoT team have been genuine and positive. These folks are real gamers with a passion for building. These changes aren't necessarily negative, and are done by the RoT team because they feel it's best for their token and ecosystem, so please consider the updates carefully before casting your vote. That said, our charge is to our community, and as stated we’ll trigger a vote when there are significant changes to a launch occurring after our users have already purchased tokens.
