To reflect the incredible energy and enthusiasm around V3, we’re launching it one day sooner, on Thursday, September 12 🔥 The upgrade will begin at 6 AM UTC, with the process estimated to conclude around 14 UTC. While the xExchange frontend will be deactivated during this window, swaps & pools will not be paused at the smart contract level, so interacting with them will still be possible, either directly or via other platforms. After months of development, testing, and a very tight iterative feedback loop with the community and partners, V3 is ready to go live! xExchange enters in a new mode on September 13. The upgrade to V3 is scheduled to start next Friday after epoch change. Some operations will be paused, not including swaps & pools. ℹ️ Update for Battle of Yields: V3 Time Machine 🧭 xExchange V3 has been deployed on BattleNet, with extensive internal testing taking place over the past days and weeks. Given the novelty of the Testing Fork technology, several issues have emerged during the setup phase, requiring our immediate attention to reach the standards we’re aiming for in terms of user experience. While we’ve fixed most of them, the remaining issues require the joint efforts of several internal teams beyond xExchange, which is expected to translate into extended resolution times. We know everyone’s excited for Battle of Yields, and we are working diligently on moving as fast as possible so that the community can interact with and test a version of V3 as ready for mainnet as possible. To meet your excitement, we'll offer you an early look at it in the coming days. Battle of Yields: V3 Time Machine 🧭 snapshot coming on Monday! What you have in your mainnet balance at the time of the snapshot will be your “ammo” for testing. ❕ General participation requirement: have at least ~$20 in funds (preferably in xExchange) before August 5th, 07:59 UTC, as there will be NO faucet. Ideally you also want to have in your wallet: [1] EGLD-XMEX farm position [2] Another farm position (e.g. EGLD/UTK farm position) [3] One staking position (e.g. UTK staked) [4] One metastaking position (e.g. EGLD/UTK metastaked) These last four boxes are not mandatory to participate but are recommended to be able to test more, earn more rewards and help V3 become more awesome. The value of these positions doesn’t matter, can be as low as a few cents. We’ll share everything you’ll need to know about the actual testing phase on Monday, once the BattleNet setup is ready.
