የኢትዮጵያ እና ሲንጋፖር ትብብርን ማስፋት

የሲንጋፖርን ስኬት እና ትምህርት የሚሰጡ የልማት ጉዞ ልምዶችን ከሲንጋፖር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ሎውረንስ ዎንግ ጋር “የሀገር ግንባታ፣ አለማትን ማገናኘት” በሚል ርዕስ በተሰናዳው ወግ ተካፍለናል። ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዎንግ በሀገር ግንባታ፣ በአመራር ዘዴ፣ በኢኮኖሚ ለውጥ እና በጂኦፖለቲካ ላይ ላካፈሏቸው ሀሳቦች ምስጋናዬን አቀርባለሁ። Taking time to learn from one another through a fireside chat entitled “Building Nations, Bridging Worlds,” with Prime Minister Lawrence Wong as he shares the successes and lessons from Singapore’s growth. I’m grateful for Prime Minister Wong’s insights on nation building governance and leadership, economic transformation.

የሲንጋፖር ሪፐብሊክ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ላውረንስ ዎንግን በክብር ተቀብያለው። ውይይታችን በሁለቱ ሀገሮቻችን መካከል ያለንን ግንኙነት ለጋራ ነጋችን ወሳኝ በሆኑ መስኮች በጋራ ለመሥራት በምናደርገው ጥረት ውስጥ አንድ ጠቃሚ ርምጃ ነው። በተለይም በክሂሎት ልማት እና የካርበን ብድር ትብብር ላይ ያደረግናቸው የመግባቢያ ስምምነቶች ጽኑ እና ለነገው ገበያ ዝግጁ የሆኑ ሠራተኞችን ለማፍራት ብሎም በአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ ረገድ ዘላቂ፣ ዝቅተኛ ካርበን የሚያወጣ እድገት ለማረጋገጥ ያለንን የጋራ አቋም የሚያንፀባርቅ ነው። ከሲንጋፖር ጋር ይኽን የወዳጅነት እና የትብብር ጉዞ በጋራ በመቀጠላችንም ክብር ይሰማናል። በላቀ ተግባራዊ ትብብር ንግድ እና ኢንቨስትመንትን በማስፋፋት፣ ዘመናዊ ትራንስፖርት እና ሎጂስቲክስን በማልማት፣ በዲጂታል መሠረተ ልማት፣ በገንዘብ ልውውጥ ቴክኖሎጂ፣ ሳይበር ደኅንነት እና ሰው ሰራሽ አስተውሎት ያለንን ትብብር ለመጠቀም እጅግ ሰፊ አቅም አለን።

የሲንጋፖር ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ሎውረንስ ዎንግ በኢትዮጵያ ለሚያደርጉት ይፋዊ ጉብኝት ዛሬ ማታ አዲስ አበባ ሲገቡ በቦሌ ዓለም አቀፍ አውሮፕላን ማረፊያ ተቀብያቸዋለው። ይህ ጉብኝት የሁለቱ ሀገራት አጋርነትን ለማጠናከር ወሳኝ እርምጃ ሲሆን፣ ተጨማሪ አዳዲስ የትብብር እድሎችን ለመዳሰስም ትልቅ ፋይዳ ይኖረዋል። I am pleased to welcome Prime Minister Lawrence Wong of Singapore on his official visit to Ethiopia. This visit marks an important step in strengthening our partnership. I look forward to productive discussions and to exploring new areas of cooperation between our two nations.

በቡድን 20 ጉባኤ ያደረኳቸውን ሁለትዮሽ ውይይቶቼ የመጨረሻ የሆነውን ውይይት ከጣልያን ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ጂኦርጂያ ሜሎኒ ጋር በአለምአቀፍ እና ቀጠናዊ ጉዳዮች ላይ ብሎም በቁልፍ የሁለትዮሽ ጉዳዮች ላይ አተኩረን አከናውነናል። The last of my bilaterals at the G20 Summit was with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni, where we discussed global and regional affairs, as well as key bilateral issues between our countries.

ከኔዘርላንድ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ዲክ ሾፍ ጋር በነበረን ውይይት በኢትዮጵያ እና ኔዘርላንድ መካከል ያለውን ጠንካራ ትስስር ለማጠናከር ውይይት አድርገን ነበር። ከኢትዮጵያ የውጭ ንግድ ቁልፍ መዳረሻዎች አንዷ የሆነችው ኔዘርላንድ ኢንቨስትመንት እና የኢኮኖሚ ትብብር ለማድረግ ጉልህ አቅም አላት። የአየር ንብረት ለውጥ ጥበቃ ሥራ ትብብርን አስመልክቶም እድሎቻችንን ለመመልከትና የሁለትዮሽ ግንኙነታችንን በጉብኝቶች እና የልውውጥ መርሃ ግብሮች እንድንከውን በውይይቱ ሀሳብ አንስቻለሁ። During our meeting with Prime Minister of the Netherlands, Dick Schoof, we discussed ways to further strengthen the strong ties between Ethiopia and the Netherlands. As one of our key export destinations, the Netherlands offers significant potential to expand investments and economic cooperation. I also highlighted climate action collaboration and explored opportunities to deepen bilateral relations through visits and exchanges.

ከብራዚል ፕሬዝደንት ሉዊዝ ኢናችዮ ሉላ ደ ሲልቫ ጋር ጥሩ ውይይት አድርገናል። ውይይታችን በኢኮኖሚ እና ዘላቂ የመሠረተ ልማት ጉዳዮች ላይ አተኩረን የሁለትዮሽ ግንኙነታችንን የምናጠናክርባቸውን እድሎች አስመልክቶ የተካሄደ ነበር። ብራዚል በቅርቡ የተካሄደው የCOP30 አስተናጋጅ ሀገር እንደመሆኗ COP32ን በኢትዮጵያ ስናዘጋጅ ከብራዚል የምንወስደው ብዙ ጠቃሚ ልምዶች አሉ። የአለም የአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ ሥራን የሚያራምድ በሚገባ የተሰናዳ መስተንግዶ እንዲኖረን ከልምዶች የተገኙ ሃሳቦችን መለዋወጡን አጠናክረን ለመቀጠል አቅደናል። Good meeting with Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva. We discussed opportunities to strengthen bilateral cooperation, focusing on economic development and sustainable infrastructure. As the recent COP30 host, Brazil has many valuable lessons to share with Ethiopia as we prepare to host COP32. We plan to consolidate these insights to ensure a well-prepared and impactful hosting that advances global climate action.

ከካፍ ፕሬዝደንት ከዶክተር ፓትሪስ ሞትሲፒ በአፍሪካ እግር ኳስ እና ኢትዮጵያ በእድገቱ ስለሚኖራት ሚና ፍሬያማ ውይይት አድርገናል። ለወጣቶች እድገት፣ የስፖርት መሠረተ ልማት ብሎም የአፍሪካን እግርኳስ በአለም መድረክ ለማላቅ ከካፍ ጋር ስለሚኖረን ትብብር ተወያይተናል። I had a productive discussion this morning with CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe on the state of African football and Ethiopia’s role in its development. Highlighted our commitment to youth development, infrastructure, and strengthening partnerships with CAF to elevate African football on the global stage.

ከቡድን 20 ጉባኤ ጎን ከተባበሩት መንግሥታት ድርጅት ዋና ጸሃፊ አንቶኒዮ ጉተሬዝ ጋር ውይይት አድርገናል። ውይይታችን የባለብዙ ወገን ግንኙነታችንን ለማጠናከር ብሎም እንደ የአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ ሥራ፣ ሰላም እና ፀጥታ፣ ዘላቂ ልማት ያሉ የጋራ አለምአቀፋዊ ትኩረታችንን በምናጠናክርበት መንገድ ላይ ያጠነጠነ ነበር። ኢትዮጵያ የCOP32 አስተናጋጅ ሀገር እንደመሆኗ መጠን ሊደረግ ስለሚችለው ድጋፍም ተወያይተናል። I held a productive bilateral meeting with UN Secretary-General António Guterres on the sidelines of the G20 Summit, where we discussed strengthening multilateral cooperation and advancing shared global priorities, including climate action, peace and security, and sustainable development. We also discussed support for Ethiopia as the host of COP32 in 2027.

Africa’s economic rise is underway, taking shape in our cities, farms, factories, and digital ecosystems. To unlock its full potential, reform must drive investment, and investment must drive shared growth.

ከአለም ባንክ ፕሬዝደንት እና ከኢትዮጵያ መልካም ወዳጅ አጄይ ባንጋ ጋር መወያየት ሁልጊዜም ቢሆን አስደሳች ነው። በመካሄድ ላይ ስላሉት በአለም ባንክ ቡድን ለኢትዮጵያ የሚደረጉ ድጋፎች ዙሪያ ተወያይተናል። ይኸውም በጤና፣ በኃይል ምንጭ እና የአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ የልማት ፕሮጀክቶች የገንዘብ ድጋፍ ጉዳይን የተመለከተ ነበር። Always a great pleasure meeting with Ajay Banga, President of the World Bank and good friend of #Ethiopia. We discussed the World Bank Group’s ongoing support to Ethiopia, including financing development projects in health, energy, and climate.

ከዩናይትድ ኪንግደም ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ኬር ስታመር ጋር ተገናኝተን በሁለቱ ሀገሮቻችን መካከል ጠንካራውን እና ለረጅም ዘመናት የቆየውን የሁለትዮሽ ግንኙነት ወደፊት ማራመድ በማስፈለጉ ላይ ተወያይተናል። Met with Sir Keir Starmer, Prime Minister of the United Kingdom for exchanges on the need to take forward the strong and longstanding bilateral relations between two countries.

በቡድን 20 የመሪዎች ጉባኤ ከኢንዶኔዥያ ምክትል ፕሬዝደንት ጊብራን ራክቡሚንግ ራካ ጋር መልካም ውይይት አድርገናል። በሁለቱም ሀገሮቻችን ቅድሚያ በምንሰጠው በንግድ እና በምግብ ሉዓላዊነት ላይ ባተኮረ የግብርና ማዘመን ሥራ ትብብራችንን ለማጠናከር የሚያስችሉ መንገዶች ላይ ተነጋግረናል። Good conversation with Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka of Indonesia at the G20 Summit. We explored ways to strengthen the cooperation of the two countries on trade and agricultural modernization with a focus on food sovereignty, which is a priority for both countries.

በቡድን ሃያ መሪዎች ስብሰባ ፍሬያማ እና ትርጉም ያላቸው ተጨማሪ ውይይቶችን ከህንድ፣ ቬይትናም፣ ደቡብ ኮሪያ እና አውስትራሊያ መሪዎች ጋር አካሂደናል። A productive and substantive day at the G20 Leaders’ Summit with additional engagements with fellow leaders from India, Vietnam, South Korea and Australia as well.

ከኖርዌይ ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ጆናስ ጋህር ስተር ጋር በአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ ሥራ ትብብር፣ የጋራ ትኩረት በሚሹ የባለብዙወገን ጉዳዮች ብሎም ትብብራችንን በሚያጠናክሩ እና ዘላቂ እድገትን በሚያሳድጉ የኢንቨስትመንት እድሎች ላይ ተወያይተናል። Had a constructive meeting with Norway’s Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre, focusing on climate action cooperation, multilateral issues of shared concern, and opportunities for investment to strengthen our partnership and drive sustainable growth.

የጀርመን ቻንሰለር ፍሬድሪክ ሜርዝ ጋር ተገናኝተን ተወያይተናል። ውይይታችን በቁልፍ የጋራ ፍላጎት ጉዳዮች ላይ ያተኮረ ሲሆን ትስስራችንን ለማጠናከር የሚረዱ መንገዶችን ለመፈለግ ያለንን ፍላጎት ገልጸናል። Good to meet with Chancellor Friedrich Merz today. We exchanged views on key areas of mutual interest and expressed our shared intention to explore ways to strengthen ties.

የኢትዮጵያ እና ፈረንሳይ ግንኙነት እየተከናወኑ ባሉ ትብብሮች መጠናከሩን ቀጥሏል። በዚህ ረገድም ከፕሬዝደንት ኢማኑኤል ማክሮን ጋር ትብብሮቻችን ስላሉበት ደረጃ ተነጋግረናል። Ethiopia-France relations continue to strengthen through ongoing engagements. Accordingly, President Macron and I had the opportunity to meet on the sidelines of the G20 Leaders’ Summit for a productive catch-up.
