ከፊንላንድ ፕሬዝደንት አሌክሳንደር ስተብ ጋር በቀጠናዊ፣ ባለብዙ ወገን ትብብር፣ እና በሁለትዮሽ ግንኙነት፣ የአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ ሥራ እና በኢትዮጵያ በተከፈተው የኢኮኖሚ ምኅዳር ስላሉ የኢንቨስትመንት እድሎች ተወያይተናል። ውይይታችን የሁለትዮሽ ትስስራችንን እና የጋራ ጥቅም ትብብሮችን በማጠናከር ላይ ያለንን አቋም ያጠናከረም ነበር። Met with President Alexander Stubb of Finland for bilateral discussions on regional issues, multilateral cooperation, and bilateral cooperation in education, climate action, and investment opportunities in Ethiopia amid the country’s economic opening. The meeting reaffirmed our commitment to strengthen bilateral ties and advance mutually beneficial collaboration.

ከቱርክዬ ፕሬዝደንት ጣይብ ኤርዶዋን ጋር በኢኮኖሚ፣ የባሕል ወዳጅነት ግንኙነት፣ ዘላቂ ልማት፣ በአየር ንብረት ጥበቃ ሥራዎችን በሚያካትቱ የተለያዩ ርዕሰ ጉዳዮች ላይ ውጤታማ ውይይት አድርገናል። Productive meeting with President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan of Türkiye on a range of topics, including economic and cultural partnerships, sustainable development, and cooperation on climate action.

My address at the G20 Leaders’ Summit

ከቡድን 20 ጉባኤ ጎን የአቡዳቢ ልዑል አልጋ ወራሽ ሼክ ካሌድ ቢን መሃሙድ ቢን ዛይድ አልናህያን ጋር የመወያየት እድል አግኝተናል። ውይይታችን ስትራቴጂካዊ ትብብራችንን በማጠናከር ለበለጠ የጋራ ርምጃ እድሎችን መመልከት ላይ ያተኮረ ነበር። On the sidelines of the G20 Summit, I also had the honor of meeting with Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi. The discussions focused on strengthening strategic partnerships and opportunities for collaboration.

ከአዲሱ የአፍሪካ ልማት ባንክ ፕሬዝደንት ዶክተር ሲዲ ኡልድ ታህ ጋር ተገናኝተን ተወያይተናል። ውይይታችን ባንኩ በመላው አፍሪካ አካታች እድገት እንዲኖር የሚያደርገውን ወሳኝ ሚና ያጠናከረ ነበር። It was a pleasure to sit down today with the new President of the African Development Bank (AfDB), Dr. Sidi Ould Tah. Our discussion reinforced the vital role the Bank continues to play in advancing inclusive growth and opportunity across Africa.

በቡድን 20 ጉባኤ ጎን ለጎን ከIMF ፕሬዝደንት ክሪስታሊና ጂኦርጂየቫ ጋር በአለም አቀፍ የኢኮኖሚ አዝማሚያዎች ፣ በሀገራችን የኢኮኖሚ ሪፎርም እንዲሁም ዘላቂ እና አካታች እድገትን ለመደገፍ ትብብራችንን ለማጠናከር ስላሉ እድሎች ላይ ተወያይተናል። ለIMF የዘለቀ ግንኙነት ምስጋናዬን እያቀረብኩ የጋራ ትኩረቶቻችንን ለመፈፀም መነሳታችንንም እገልጻለሁ። At the G20 Summit, I held a constructive bilateral meeting with IMF President Kristalina Georgieva during which we discussed global economic trends, our national economic reforms, and opportunities to strengthen cooperation in support of sustainable and inclusive growth. I appreciate the IMF’s continued partnership and look forward to advancing our shared priorities.

በቡድን 20 አባል ሀገራት የመሪዎች ጉባኤ ዋዜማ የአስተናጋጃችን ሀገር ፕሬዝደንት ከሆኑት ሲሪል ራማፎሳ ጋር ተገናኝተናል። ታሪካዊው የጂ20 ጉባኤ በአፍሪካ ምድር እንደመሰናዳቱ በተለያዩ ጉዳዮች እንዲሁም በጉባኤው የአፍሪካ የወል ድምጽ እና የጋራ ፍላጎት የሚቀርብበትን ሁኔታ ተወያይተናል። On the eve of the G20 Leaders Summit, I met with our host, President Cyril Ramaphosa, to discuss a range of issues, including the importance of presenting a common Africa voice and shared priorities, especially as this historic G20 is being hosted on African soil.

የተጠናከረ ግንኙነት ለጋራ ብልጽግና Strengthening Our Ties for Mutual Prosperity

ባለፈው ዓመት ወደ ማሌዥያ ኦፊሴላዊ ጉብኝት ካደረኩኝ አንድ ዓመት በኋላ፣ የማሌዥያ ፌዴሬሽን ጠቅላይ ሚኒስትር ክቡር ዳቶ ሰሪ አንዋር ቢን ኢብራሂምን በኢትዮጵያ ተቀብያለሁ። ይህ የጉብኝት ልውውጥ ጥልቅ አጋርነታችንን የሚመሰክር ሲሆን ይህም በርካታ ቁልፍ ሰነዶችን በመፈረም ተጠናክሯል። የመግባቢያ ሰነዶቹ በቱሪዝም፣ በጤና፣ በአየር ትራንስፖርት አገልግሎት፣ በኳላ ላምፑር ከተማ ምክር ቤት እና በአዲስ አበባ አስተዳደር የትብብር መስክ ላይ ያተኮሩ ናቸው:: ባደረግነው የሁለትዮሽ ውይይት፣ ትብብራችንን የበለጠ ለማጠናከር እና ለማስፋት ያለንን የጋራ ቁርጠኝነት አረጋግጠናል። Last year, I made an official visit to Malaysia, and one year later, I have the honor of welcoming Honorable Dato’ Seri Anwar bin Ibrahim, Prime Minister of the Federation of Malaysia. This exchange of visits is a testament to our deepening partnership, further strengthened by the signing of several key documents: a Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the Fields of Tourism and Health, an Agreement on Air Services, and a collaboration document between the Kuala Lumpur City Council and the Addis Ababa City Administration. During our bilateral talks, we reaffirmed our shared commitment to further solidify and expand our cooperation.

በኢትዮጵያ አርቲፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ኢንስቲትዩት ያየሁት ነገር፤ ሰው የጠራ ራዕይ ካለው ፣ በከፍተኛ ዲሲፕሊን የሚሠራ ከሆነ አንድን ነገር ባየው ልክ ማሳካት እንደሚችል ፤ ኢትዮጵያ ብቃት ያላት ሀገር እንደሆነች ነው።

የኢትዮጵያ አርቴፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ኢንስቲቲዩት ዋና ጽሕፈት ቤቱን ቀድሞ ከነበረበት በመለወጥ መሃል ከተማ ወደ ቀድሞው የኢትዮጵያ ብሮድካስቲንግ ኮርፖሬሽን ሕንፃ አዛውሯል። በአንድ አመት ጊዜ ውስጥ አስደናቂ የግንባታ ለውጥ እና ዘመናዊ የመሥሪያ ሥፍራ ጥበብን በማሳየት ለሠራተኞቹ እጅግ ምቹ የሆነ ስፍራንም መፍጠር ችሏል። ተቋሙ በአምስት አመታት ጊዜ ውስጥ አርቴፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ሕይወታችንን በፍጥነት በመቅረጽ ውስጥ ያለውን ስፍራ በሚያንፀባርቅ እና ሀገራችንም በዚህ አለምአቀፍ የቴክኖሎጂ ውድድር በንቁነት መሳተፏን በሚያረጋግጥ መንገድ ከፍታ ላይ ደርሷል። ኢንስቲቲዩቱ በጤና፣ በግብርና፣ በአገልግሎት ዘርፍ እያደረገ ያለው የመሪነት አስተዋፅኦውን እየተወጣ ሲሆን በክላውድ ኮምፒውቲንግ፣ ትላልቅ የመረጃ ቋቶች፣ የመረጃ ፍለጋ፣ ሮቦቲክስ እና ኢመርሲቭ ቴክኖሎጂዎች አቅሙን በማጎልበት ላይ ይገኛል። በቅርቡ የተጀመረው የአርቴፊሻል ኢንተለጀንስ ስታርት አፕ መዐከል ደግሞ ይኽንን ከባቢ የበለጠ ያጠናክረዋል። ዜጎች ሀሳብ ብቻ ይዘው በመምጣት ፕሮቶታይፕ ለመፍጠር፣ ለማባዛት ብሎም ከግሉ ዘርፍ ኢንቬስተሮች ጋር እንዲገናኙ እድል ያመቻቻል። እስከ አሁን 200 ሀሳብ ፈጣሪዎች በዚህ እድል ተጠቅመዋል።

ዛሬ ጠዋት በአማራ ክልላዊ መንግሥት ኦሮሞ ብሔረሰብ ዞን አስተዳደር መቀመጫ በሆነችው ከሚሴ ተገኝቼ ለሕዝቡ መልዕክት አስተላልፌያለሁ። በአማራ ክልል ከጎበኘኋቸው ዞኖች እስከአሁን ያልጎበኘሁት ዞን በመሆኑ ጉብኝቱን የተለየ ያደርገዋል። የከሚሴ የኮሪደር ልማት ሥራ በጅምር ደረጃ ያለ ቢሆንም የ1.3 ኪሎ ሜትር የብስክሌት መንገድ እና የእግረኛ መንገድ ሥራዎች የሚመሰገኑ ናቸው። የኮሪደር ልማት ሥራ የሕዝባዊ ሥፍራዎችን ደረጃ ከፍ በማድረግ ዕሳቤ በሁሉም ደረጃ በመላው ኢትዮጵያ እየተተገበረ መሆኑን ያሳያሉ። በከተማዋ ለሌማት ትሩፋት ሥራችን አስተዋጽዖ እያበረከተ ያለውን የኤልፎራ አግሮ-ኢንዱስትሪ የተቀናጀ የግብርና ልማት ፋብሪካንም ጎብኝተናል።

Africa has spoken with one voice at the 2025 UN Climate Change Conference (COP 30) in Belém, Brazil and the world has listened. Ethiopia extends its heartfelt gratitude to the African Group of Negotiators for their unanimous endorsement of Ethiopia’s bid to host COP 32 in Addis Ababa in 2027. We are grateful for the opportunity that the Conference of the Parties is giving us to spearhead the collective effort to tackle one of the most daunting challenges faced by humanity. We are honored to be entrusted by the global community with such an important responsibility. This recognition reflects confidence in Ethiopia’s leadership in climate action and its capacity to host major global events. Ethiopia remains fully committed to delivering a robust and meaningful outcome and inclusive COP 32 that advances collective action against climate change.
