👨‍🏫 FWIW One of the most overlooked parts of the BBB is the 3.5% tax on remittances for noncitizens. For any noncitizen sending money outside the country, a %3.5% tax collected by the app or company service will be debited from the funds. US citizens are exempt. Noncitizens working in the US send hoards of cash south of the border, so this is gonna take a chunk out of them. It's also a nice way nab some federal taxes from illegals, too. FWIW This is the most disgusting divorce I've ever seen. You can have honest disagreements with the President - and it's healthy to address these, professionally. FYI House Republicans pass Big Beautiful Bill. It's the first big win for Trump's 2.0 Agenda. Major overhaul to taxes. The bill now goes back to the Senate, where changes may be made. FYI Big upset in Omaha - Democraps flipped Mayor's seat for first time in nearly 16 years. Dems ousted three-term GOP Mayor Jean Stothert (R) in surprise win. The NE GOP dumped twice the money Dems did, but Dems had a good ground game and went door-to-door. This just another victory for the Left this year and it is troubling. Republicans have not won a single contested race in 2025 and are running way behind in races they were expected to win.
