🚨 BreakingNews: House Democrats declare US Constitution unconstitutional.

FYI SCOTUS rules against Colorado in 9-0 decision; orders candidate Donald Trump listed on the election ballot. The Court - again 9-0 - held it is “critical" Congress first pass legislation to implement how 14A Section 3 enforcement works, otherwise a person cannot be disqualified. This essentially ends debate on 14A, declaring Section 3 "Insurrection Clause" not enforceable by states without Congressional guidelines. Justice Amy Coney Barrett urged Americans unite at home just as the Justices united in decision - to see American Justice prevail. We won, again. God is Good. FYI Federal Court rules Arizona's new voter "Proof of Citizenship" policy is Constitutional. Beginning with Election 2024, Arizona will require documentation of citizenship for voters in "federal elections" for each ballot cast. FYI D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals rules J6 sentences too long and violated "justice" of hundreds of those sentenced by "federal judges". And the Fischer case is still pending before SCOTUS, which I predict will strike down federal law underpinning most of the sentences. Max's news round-up 🗞 -President Trump filed a formal appeal of the $454 million judgment NY civil fraud case in the New York Supreme Court this morning. -The NY SC is the intermediate Court in the state. After that, it's the New York Court of Appeals, which, oddly, is the highest court in NY. -The NY SC recently struck down New York's 2022 law allowing noncitizens to vote; this was affirmed last week by the New York Court of Appeals. Both courts are more conservative than the Manhattan lower court. -Trump will win Michigan. Really, and Donald Trump is likely to sweep all 50 states. So far, I've been right. Let's hope my prediction streak holds. -Haley will drop out soon. I suspect in March sometime. She'll be mathematically eliminated after Super Tuesday, you may quote me. -Congressional Dems are quietly planning not to certify Trump Electors on January 6th, depending on whether they win the House back, or not.
