He’s right. But it’s worse than just a ‘mistaken belief system’. Every society (politically at least) basically runs on the idea of uniting everyone against a common foe. Power is always derived from that same ‘us against them’ dynamic. It’s any easy system, to build political power. Basically you just say ‘hey, let’s all get together as one and crush those evil bastards over there’. You keep saying it for long enough, keep inventing justifications and you’ll have social power along with a small army in time. Historically we’ve seen people and societies united against heretics, foreign nations or ‘the devil’. ‘Diversity’ is just a slogan stemming from the power-dynamic currently dominating western society, which is: ‘Everyone unite against the racists’. When they say ‘racists’ they mean White people. When they say ‘diversity’, what they’re actually saying is ‘destroy White people.’ It’s not a mistake. It’s political and very deliberate. What I’m saying is the fundamental policy underpinning how your society runs is this: White people come from a race of evil, colonial devils. As payment for their past crimes they must be humiliated then exterminated. Listen to any mainstream politician talk with what I’ve just written here in mind, and it’ll all start to make perfect sense. Most people will think ‘it can’t be that simple, or that evil’. Every now and then I drop out of society, avoid screens and spend some time in the bush. This time I explored Warburton in Victoria, which was once a gold rush settlement called “Yankee Jim’s”. In around 1859 Jim and his mate Ned (both Canadians) planned to keep the location secret when they found more gold here than they could carry, but a storekeeper in a town not far away grew suspicious after the pair purchased digging tools, paying with small chunks of gold instead of money. The rumours started, Jim and Ned were followed and it wasn’t long before the region was flooded with Gold Prospectors. It was renamed after Charles Warburton Carr in 1863 who was the local Gold Commissioner, which is kind of like a ‘Gold cop’. They would issue mining licenses, settle disputes and apparently rename towns after themselves. Today the place is quiet, peaceful and home to many wealthy retirees who spend their days at the town’s only bakery or zipping around the hills in their MX-5s and Porsches. Such is life, for some.

Wild. These guys have been protesting for years but there’s never been a direct legislative move to outlaw it prior to this. Obviously the real problem for the government isn’t what these guys believe. The problem is what they wrote on that banner and that they’re planning to contest elections in a social environment which is rapidly producing conditions favourable to them. But notice how government officials (and the press) still lean heavily on that old caricature of ‘the abhorrent Nazi’. Defeating that effigy remains their primary excuse for making more laws and then very forcibly policing speech and ideas. Before the internet governments had an easier time, since influencers were fewer and almost entirely centralised; a handful of ‘official’ types would tell you stuff and that stuff would become your reality. These days there are two realities running parallel to one another. Both have their merits but one is new, broad and multi-faceted, the other is old and limited by narrow rigidity. I’ve noticed society’s administrators are stuck in that old reality, where fighting hate, nazis or some other force of evil makes you the morally superior ‘good guy’ and everyone loves you for it. But free information has uncovered a few things, like an agenda behind mass immigration or that Hitler wasn’t actually Dr. Evil making lampshades out of human skin. This battle the Australian government is fighting isn’t just against a particular ideology, it’s against a whole new reality of nuance and free information.

True story! When I was in high school, two of my mates were suspended for saying ‘Hitler’ (without any context) in the presence of our French teacher. Given that it was a French class, we occasionally explored the history of France and one day a discussion opened up about the Nazi occupation of France during World War Two. On that day we learned that our French teacher, a large, round woman experienced some sort of emotional distress at hearing or reading the name ‘Hitler’ (like it was Voldemort). The boys and I were fascinated and amused by this and (naturally) began using the name as often as possible. In spite of many warnings and stern-looks, ‘Hitler’ became a feature of every question or class talking point, causing our teacher to throw a tantrum and run out of the room crying. The school principal got involved, lads got suspended, new schools rules came into affect. At the time I thought it was a just this school and just that teacher sort of problem. 20 or so years later and it’s the whole country.
