4 simple ingredients to produce sickening muscle pumps.
One way I’ve always motivated myself to get into the gym is by maximising blood-flow, to get the most insane pump physically possible.
This is my favourite concoction:
>Fish oil
6-10 grams of good omega-3s about an hour prior to training.
>Creatine
It doesn’t really matter what time of day you consume creatine, but I generally load up 5 grams prior to a workout.
>Black Coffee
Use caution with your dose. Caffeine is thought to constrict blood flow and it certainly can in higher doses. A lower dose (about 75-100mg) actually produces vasodilation, which means more blood in the muscle.
>Staminade powder
Take this stuff with you to the gym and micro-dose it prior to your working sets. For better absorption, I get about 1/10th of a scoop and pour it under my tongue, then wash it down with a sip of water.

This makes me really angry because I know Mark. He’s a guy who treats everyone he meets with respect, is careful and fair with his words and doesn’t break any laws.
Yet when trying to enter another European country legally, he is detained, deported and banned from entering the Schengen Zone (which is 29 different countries!) for fifteen years.
The occupied ‘Democracies’ continue to demonstrate they will discriminate, cheat and violate their own rules to disrupt and suppress Nationalism.
