Find Your Own Flaws; Use it to scrutinize yourself before others can
No one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes. That said, knowing your weaknesses and imperfections can be a powerful tool in the right hands. While it can be tempting to point out the flaws of others, sometimes taking time to really look at yourself and find your own shortcomings can be an invaluable opportunity for self-improvement. By owning up to our own flaws and taking ownership of them before others can criticize us, we can show our vulnerability and demonstrate that we are eager to improve; this in turn can lead to better relationships with those around us.
Self-reflection is key when looking for our own flaws. It’s important to understand our abilities, feelings, strengths, and weaknesses. We must look at all aspects of ourselves – such as how we handle stress and react to difficult situations; whether or not we are organized; if we have poor communication skills; or any other qualities that may contribute negatively to our behavior or interactions with others. Taking this step helps us recognize which areas need improvement, as well as what assets we have that can help us become better people.
Oftentimes, self-discovery requires honest conversations with ourselves – a process filled with questions such as “What have I been doing wrong?” or “How could I have handled things differently?” These inquiries help us temper the difficulty of criticism from outside sources by offering immediate feedback on our successes or failures in the moment. Furthermore, these conversations aid in uncovering hidden frustrations or worries associated with potential flaws. We might never discover these aspects unless we take proper time for self-evaluation and exploration on our own terms.
Challenging ourselves by engaging in activities outside of our comfort zone is another way to uncover personal faults. Not only does this help build stamina for future experiences but also builds resilience if we aren’t quite successful right away; a great example being attempting a new language or skill set like coding classes – technologies which expose us to different ways of thinking which traditional education may not provide (although they do complement it).
Additionally, projects like starting a business offer unique opportunities nurture entrepreneurial values without fear of failure because you always have something tangible in the end regardless if it doesn’t work out: knowledge gained from hard work, patience, networking and more importantly listening first before speaking up about ideas you think could benefit all parties involved with regards to profit margin growth management structure etcetera – because if all else fails you know where needs developing back inside yourself prior making assumptions about project / company sales expectations by throwing yourself onto harsh judgement sea waves fronted by ill-informed friendly sharks swimming about hoping you don’t make same mistakes again next season!
Finding one's own flaws is no easy task - yet embracing them has extraordinary power that do not go unnoticed when it comes to confidence building... One should try actively looking for these supposed weaknesses rather than pretending they do not exist - use any fault found as an attempt in your self-improvement journey even if means exerting extra effort. Finally remember everyone has their own set issues dealing regarding life...

Why You Should Embrace Zen
Zen Buddhism is a type of Buddhism that puts emphasis on meditation as a means to enlightenment. It encourages one to pursue personal understanding, as opposed to faith in religious concepts or teachings. Antifragility (A Not-So-New Concept)
The term "Antifragility" represent the cyclical quality of life—the idea that instead of practicing resilience or avoidance strategies to protect ourselves from inevitable challenges, we should embrace those hurdles and use them to help us grow, get stronger, and ultimately become antifragile.
To be antifragile is not to avoid stress or hardship but instead, seek them out and take them head-on. To approach life with an eye towards using its hardships as learning experiences that can help one’s growth and understanding. This can mean embracing failure or accepting unfavorable outcomes in order to gain experience and wisdom that can deepen one’s understanding of themselves. Antifragility also encompasses a big picture perspective, wherein changes, events, and moments work together towards our long-term potential for growth. While there may be short-term pain endured in order for this type of life choice to be made, the ultimate reward in terms of self-awareness and living life fully can prove both immense and invaluable.
One way to practice antifragility is through practical experiments such as taking risks—in business or personal endeavors—or engaging in new activities that stretch our comfort zone like trying a new hobby or talking with someone from a different culture. Even taking time away from everyday routines like vacationing can provide perspective on our current paradigm shifts. We may never see a certain event unfolding the same again if we don’t take the opportunity now! Of course, these are just ideas; antifragility isn’t just limited to physical risk but it also includes psychological flexibility; recognizing how we feel about certain situations (how they make us worry or anxious) without automatically letting those feelings dictate our decisions or limit our ability to try new things because of fear.
Regardless of how one chooses to interpret antifragility itself, it is inspiring concept—a captivating reminder of the impermanence of life and how uncertainty fuels unbounded potential because it calls on us all to own what is ours: our courage, our power over ourselves, and ultimately, the joy found when we discipline ourselves enough to make bold choices despite how scary they may seem at first glance.

Pursue Less
It takes work to simplify one’s life, and perhaps that’s why most people are engaged in the undisciplined pursuit of more rather than less. Saying no is uncomfortable, so by default they say yes to new obligations. They don’t pause and ponder on how they use up their energy because it takes too much work. There’s always something urgent to do, and hence they never take the time to deliberately eliminate what’s unessential in their lives so they can focus on what matters. It’s particularly important to remedy a situation in which your non-priorities dominate your priorities.
When you stop and really think about it, conventional life advice—all the positive and happy self-help stuff we hear all the time—is actually fixating on what you lack. It lasers in on what you perceive your personal shortcomings and failures to already be, and then emphasizes them for you. Our culture today is obsessively focused on unrealistically positive expectations: Be happier. Be healthier. Be the best, better than the rest. Be smarter, faster, richer, sexier, more popular, more productive, more envied, and more admired. Be perfect and amazing, the world is constantly telling you that the path to a better life is more, more, more—buy more, own more, make more, more more, be more.
If you want to retain control over your life, embrace the strategy of deliberately pursuing less. Instead of thinking how you can add more to your life, figure out what you can eliminate from it, in order to make more time for what matters most for you. The key to a good life is to care less about more; it’s wanting less, wanting what's really true and immediate and important and of course, not caring about people's judgement of how much you have or don't have. This does not mean being indifferent; it means being comfortable with being different.

HOW TO LOVE THE WIND
Wind extinguishes a candle and energizes fire.
Likewise with randomness, uncertainty, chaos: you want to use them, not hide from them. You want to be the fire and wish for the wind. This summarizes how our nonmeek attitude to randomness and uncertainty should be. We just don’t want to just survive uncertainty, to just about make it. We want to survive uncertainty and, in addition—like a certain class of aggressive Roman Stoics—have the last word. The mission is how to domesticate, even dominate, even conquer, the unseen, the opaque, and the inexplicable.

Deal with things that agree with your Nature
How can we expect to succeed in a field we don't understand? We reduce the likelihood of making mistakes if we deal with things that agree with our nature, and things we understand and do well. We have a better chance solving problems and evaluating statements if they are within our area of competence. To know that we know what we know, and that we do not know, what we do not know; that is true knowledge. We must determine our abilities and limitations. We need to know what we don't know or are not capable of knowing and avoid those areas.
You have to stick within your circle of competence. You have to know what you understand and what you don't understand. It's not terribly important how big the circle is. But it's terribly important that you know where the perimeter is. We'd rather deal with what we understand. Why should we want to play a competitive game in a field where we have no advantage - maybe a disadvantage -instead of playing in a field where we have a clear advantage?

New Year Epistle: ❤️ WELCOME TO 2023 ❤️
Some of us are stressed. Others are overburdened. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by the new responsibilities of parenthood. Or the upheaval of a new business. Or are you already successful and dealing with the responsibilities that come with power or influence? Are you battling an addiction? Are you madly in love? Or switching from one messed-up relationship to another? Are you nearing the end of your life? Or are you savoring the fruits of youth? Are you active and busy? Or are you completely bored? Know that, to go through this new year with contentment and happiness, understand the difference between what you can change and what you can’t. What you have influence over and what you do not. Control your perceptions. Direct your actions properly. Willingly accept what’s outside your control. That’s all you need to do.
Furthermore, Discover Your Calling; You possess a kind of inner force that seeks to guide you toward your Life’s Task—what you are meant to accomplish in the time that you have to live. In childhood this force was clear to you. It directed you toward activities and subjects that fit your natural inclinations, that sparked a curiosity that was deep and primal. In the intervening years, the force tends to fade in and out as you listen more to parents and peers, to the daily anxieties that wear away at you. This can be the source of your unhappiness—your lack of connection to who you are and what makes you unique. The first move toward mastery is always inward—learning who you really are and reconnecting with that innate force. Knowing it with clarity, you will find your way to the proper career path and everything else will fall into place. It is never too late to start this process. When your efforts are not directed at a cause or a purpose, how will you know what to do day in and day out? How will you know what to say no to and what to say yes to? How will you know when you’ve had enough, when you’ve reached your goal, when you’ve gotten off track, if you’ve never defined what those things are?
And lastly be disciplined; Self-discipline means living your life the hard way: resisting temptations and instant gratification, in order to receive bigger and better rewards in the future. It’s certainly easier to avoid all kinds of discomfort and indulge yourself whenever you want, but in the end, all that you get from that approach is fleeting pleasure now at the expense of your future, which otherwise could have been much better. Your choices are made in a moment, but their consequences will transcend a lifetime. It takes only a moment to make the wrong choice and jeopardize your future. What feels like an insignificant decision today can have a great, lasting impact on your future. Each choice sets a precedent — and when you make the same wrong choice several times in a row, it becomes your standard modus operandi. Each time you’re faced with a decision between exerting self-discipline and taking it easy, remind yourself that the choice you’re making today doesn’t affect the present moment alone. A momentary decision can (and often will) reverberate for many years or even decades into the future.
Wishing all of our subscribers a fulfilling year: May this new year bring new opportunities for each and every one of you 😍😍 ~ With love 💝 from the admins.

The Path of Indirection
You must ask yourself this question: what is the point of being direct and frontal if it only increases people's resistance, and makes them more certain of their own ideas? Directness and honesty may give you a feeling of relief, but they also stir up antagonism. As tactics they are ineffective. In war itself--blood war, not the interpersonal wars of everyday life--frontal battles have become rare. Military officers have come to realize that direct attack increases resistance, while indirection lowers it.
The people who win true power in the difficult modern world are those who have learned indirection. They know the value of approaching at an angle, disguising their intentions, lowering the enemy's resistance, hitting the soft, exposed flank instead of butting horns. Rather than try to push or pull people, they coax them to turn in the direction they desire. This takes effort but pays dividends down the road in reduced conflict and greater results.
The key to any flanking maneuver is to proceed in steps. Your initial move cannot reveal your intentions or true line of attack. First hit them directly, to hold their attention to the front. Let them come at you mano a mano. An attack from the side now will be unexpected and hard to combat. Maneuvers like this one should be the model for your attempts at persuasion. Never reveal your intentions or goals; instead use charm, pleasant conversation, humor, flattery--whatever works--to hold people's attention to the front. Their focus elsewhere, their flank is exposed, and now when you drop hints or suggest subtle changes in direction, the gates are open and the walls are down. They are disarmed and maneuverable.
Think of people's ego and vanity as a kind of front. When they are attacking you and you don't know why, it is often because you have inadvertently threatened their ego, their sense of importance in the world. Whenever possible, you must work to make people feel secure about themselves. Again, use whatever works: subtle flattery, a gift, an unexpected promotion, an offer of alliance, a presentation of you and they as equals, a mirroring of their ideas and values. All these things will make them feel anchored in their frontal position relative to the world, lowering their defenses and making them like you. Secure and comfortable, they are now set up for a flanking maneuver. This is particularly devastating with a target whose ego is delicate.

Readiness is everything. Resolution is indissolubly bound up with caution. If an individual is careful and keeps his wits about him, he need not become excited or alarmed. If he is watchful at all times, even before danger is present, he is armed when danger approaches and need not be afraid. The superior man is on his guard against what is not yet in sight and on the alert for what is not yet within hearing; therefore he dwells in the midst of difficulties as though they did not exist.... If reason triumphs, the passions withdraw of themselves.

The most important thing to do when you find youtself in a hole is to stop digging. Merely because you've spent money or time on some project or investment doesn't mean you must continue to spend it in the future. Time, effort, and money spent are gone. Decisions should be based on where you want to be. Not where you've been. Base decisions on the present situation and future consequences. What happened in the past may be a guide for estimating how likely something is to happen in the future. Ask: What do I want to achieve? What causes that? Considering what I know today and what is likely to happen in the future, how should I act to achieve my goal? Will new money and time invested achieve my goal? Assume I never invested in this and it was presented to me for the first time, would I invest in it today? If not, then stop and do something about it

Keep the Mind Moving
When we were children, our minds never stopped. We were open to new experiences and absorbed as much of them as possible. We learned fast, because the world around us excited us. When we felt frustrated or upset, we would find some creative way to get what we wanted and then quickly forget the problem as something new crossed our path. All great people are childlike in this respect. Sometimes, in fact, they even acted like children. The reason is simple: superior people see things as they are. Their minds are always moving, and they are always excited and curious. They quickly forget the past - the present is much too interesting. They are highly sensitive to dangers and opportunities. Nothing stays the same in life, and keeping up with circumstances as they change requires a great deal of mental fluidity. Great men do not act according to preconceived ideas; they respond to the moment, like children.
Great people, the most creative people, stand out not because they have more knowledge but because they are able, when necessary, to drop their preconceived notions and focus intensely on the present moment. That is how creativity is sparked and opportunities are seized. Knowledge, experience, and theory have limitations: no amount of thinking in advance can prepare you for the chaos of life, for the infinite possibilities of the moment. The great philosopher of war Carl von Clausewitz called this "friction": the difference between our plans and what actually happens. Since friction is inevitable, our minds have to be capable of keeping up with change and adapting to the unexpected. The better we can adapt our thoughts to changing circumstances, the more realistic our responses to them will be. The more we lose ourselves in predigested theories and past experiences, the more inappropriate and delusional our response.
It can be valuable to analyze what went wrong in the past, but it is far more important to develop the capacity to think in the moment. In that way you will make far fewer mistakes to analyze.
Think of the mind as a river: the faster it flows, the better it keeps up with the present and responds to change. The faster it flows, also the more it refreshes itself and the greater its energy. Obsessional thoughts, past experiences (whether traumas or successes), and preconceived notions are like boulders or mud in this river, settling and hardening there and damming it up. The river stops moving; stagnation sets in. You must wage constant war on this tendency in the mind. Re-examine all your cherished beliefs and principles. Be brutal with the past, with tradition, with the old ways of doing things. Declare war on sacred cows and voices of convention in your own head.
Our education is often a problem, education sometimes is easier than reeducation. That is, education tends to burn precepts into the mind that are hard to shake. In the midst of combat, the trained mind may fall a step behind--focusing more on learned rules than on the changing circumstances of battle. When you are faced with a new situation, it is often best to imagine that you know nothing and that you need to start learning all over again. Clearing your head of everything you thought you knew, even your most cherished ideas, will give you the mental space to be educated by your present experience - the best school of all. You will develop your own strategic muscles instead of depending on other people's theories and books, You will keep your mind moving.

Wrong Decision
A decision must be active. There is nothing wrong with changing a plan when the situation has changed. A man should never be ashamed to own that he has been in the wrong, which is but saying, in other words, that he is wiser today than he was yesterday. When somebody persuades me that I am wrong, I change my mind. What do you do?" Sometimes things don't go the way we believe they will. The solution is to face it and act. Scramble out of wrong decisions. I would argue that that's a big part of having a reasonable record in life. You can't avoid wrong decisions. But if you recognize them promptly and do something about them, you can frequently turn the lemon into lemonade.

Human Nature
Human nature is stronger than any individual, than any institution or technological invention. It ends up shaping what we create to reflect itself and its primitive roots. It moves us around like pawns. Refusing to come to terms with human nature simply means that you are dooming yourself to patterns beyond your control and to feelings of confusion and helplessness.
Talking of confusion and helplessness as regards to society: The ability to gauge people’s true worth, their degree of loyalty and conscientiousness, is one of the most important skills you can possess, helping you avoid the bad hires, partnerships, and relationships that can make your life miserable.
Possessing this skills means that you:
✓ Learn to slow yourself down, mistrust your initial judgment, and instead train yourself to analyze what you see.
✓ Learn to think in terms of opposites—when people overtly display some trait, such as confidence or hypermasculinity, they are most often concealing the contrary reality.
✓ Take control of your emotions
✓Accept People As They Are
✓ Be better than your public persona
✓ Fight aimlessness with rigorous exercise
✓ Remain positive in the face of disappointment
✓Create a sense of mystery and appeal
✓There are Certain Types of Toxic People You Should Avoid
And many more

@Laws_of_Human_NatureOn Being Human
Willpower is what distinguishes humans from animals. It's the ability to control our impulses, resist temptation, and do what's right and good in the long run rather than what we want to do right now. It is, in fact, fundamental to civilisation. Humans have the ability to go against their instincts in order to achieve a better future. Unfortunately, many individuals follow the rule of "do it if it feels good, don't do it if it doesn't." In some ways, giving in to your temptations whenever you feel them arise is akin to losing your humanity. As a reasonable human being, you have the potential — and, might I say, the obligation — to make rational decisions rather than relying solely on your instincts.
Rather than submitting to your most primal (and least useful for your long-term goals) region of the brain, strive to be a better human and accept your humanity by using your "willpower muscle." Except in the case of a direct threat to your survival, your most fundamental instincts may bring brief solace, but they are rarely good in the long run.
