There comes a time in one’s soul journey when you realize that it is not about what “you” want anymore but what the Divine asks of you as you surrender to His Will and answer the call of the Triple Way. The Way of divine Works - The Way of Knowledge - The Way of Love “Do the works you are called upon to do as given you by the Divine. Offer in consecration the fruits of the actions to Him who is the Lord of All. Give up desire.  Have no preference in mind or heart for this work or another; be unattached also to the results of works which belong to Him who will have them as He would in His omniscience. This is the Way of divine Works. Gradually the illusion of the doer, the worker in you will fall off. You will realise that it is not you but a universal Power, a Higher Shakti that does the works and effectuates their purpose through whatever instruments it chooses. You are only a channel, an instrument, unaware and helpless as a rule, but willing and conscious if you choose. Learn to surrender yourself, identify your will with its supreme Will and become simply a radiator of the Divine Power who is at work everywhere in a mighty impersonality. A growing awareness of this Universal Consciousness as Power and a pliant surrender to it more and more fully in the being culminating in a complete identification with it, is the next great step, — the Way of Knowledge. But this realisation is not complete until this Cosmic Power reveals itself and is realised as the Shakti, the very nature of the Supreme Lord, the Purushottama, who transcends All and yet creates and governs All through Her — His Maya Shakti. He is now overtly the Master and Lord of your being; to Him flow all the movements and faculties of your mind and soul. All laws, all ideals of the seeking mind and life converge into His supreme Being. To deliver yourself into His hands and merge your will in His One Will is realised as not only the highest Dharma, but the intensest rapture. The Way of Love opens its floodgates. Your will purified in the long Way of Works and your mind uplifted and illumined in the Way of Knowledge are now bathed in the streams of Love and Joy that well up from a surrendered heart which has found its sole and absolute Lord and you become His own. You live in Him, you love in Him, you joy with Him in His Lila. This is the central Message of the Song Celestial calling upon man to reconcile the claims of Earth and Heaven by forging in himself a growing unity between the inner spiritual realisation and the outer life and action, each enriching and blossoming into the other.” - M.P.
