XDAO for the fam: QUORUM 📊 A quorum is the minimum number of votes required for a DAO decision to be considered valid You can’t just gather three people and decide the fate of the treasury if there are hundreds of members in the DAO. To prevent manipulation and apathy, every vote sets a quorum — a predefined threshold of participation. For example, 20% of all eligible voters If the quorum isn’t reached, the proposal is automatically rejected — even if most of the voters said “yes”.
