"The Technocratic Dark State: Trump, AI, and Digital Dictatorship with Iain Davis"

In early November, Solari published my review of Iain Davis’s book, The Technocratic Dark State: Trump, AI, and Digital Dictatorship—a book I consider an absolute must-read.
Davis is an independent investigative UK journalist and author who publishes at his own website as well as at other New Media outlets such as Unlimited Hangout. The Technocratic Dark State is his fourth book. As I wrote in my review, The Technocratic Dark State “provided so many penny-drop moments that I lost count of them.” For that reason, I was eager to do an interview with him to dive into some of his most critical insights.
Our discussion starts with how money creation relates to the “tech bros,” with Davis’s compelling argument being that the partnership between old-line money creators and Big Tech facilitates two important goals: the continuation of U.S. dollar hegemony and central control of the population. We also explore the concept of “interoperability,” a term I once wrongly dismissed as an empty buzzword.
From there, we take a look at the so-called Dark Enlightenment, consider the tech bros’ use of deception, and discuss features of the digital gulag, including digital IDs, as well as Davis’s ideas about how to resist.
On the topic of resistance, Davis fittingly ends his book with a useful reminder from 16th-century French philosopher and magistrate Étienne de La Boétie:
“Resolve to serve no more, and you are at once freed. I do not ask that you place hands upon the tyrant to topple him over, but simply that you support him no longer; then you will behold him, like a great Colossus whose pedestal has been pulled away, fall of his own weight and break in pieces.”

What is the Kozyrev Mirror?
The so-called “Kozyrev Mirror” is based on the work of the outstanding Russian astrophysicist Nikolay A. Kozyrev. It is a patented aluminum chamber intended to create measurable and perceivable effects of non-linear thermodynamics. I call them “centropic effects”—reversing entropy.
While most scientists today believe time, like space, to be a passive and neutral background in which events take place, N.A. Kozyrev viewed time not merely as a measurement of a physical quantity but as an active force or energy with properties—such as density and velocity—that can be influenced by specific shapes. All processes, according to Kozyrev, absorb and emit this “time energy.” With the aluminum Mirrors, it is possible to reflect and focus this form of radiation and thereby produce various effects, ranging from accelerated growth of biological materials to enhanced intuition and telepathic abilities.
Interacting with Plasma
Kozyrev and other scientists of Russia and the former East Bloc countries conducted numerous experiments that gradually led to the realization of a living intelligent cosmos in which “time energy” connects all things. Some of the most astounding results emerged from experiments carried out in the 1990s in the far north, above the polar circle, where the plasma of aurora events seemed to directly interact with the Mirror installation. In 2005, I had the privilege of going to Novosibirsk to meet with academician V.P. Kaznacheev and Alexander Trofimov, the principal researchers of the field. I was inspired by the vision driving their work with the Kozyrev Mirrors—that is, to help humanity access this vast network of intelligent intercommunication—and I decided that I was going to do my utmost to help this vision grow.
In her outstanding comprehension and immediate grasp of the “big picture,” Catherine quickly understood the essence of my plans. “This can be used for peace?”, she asked, hitting the nail on the head.
I have since built a Kozyrev Mirror in an underground location in Switzerland, using my own funds and donating my time, with hands-on support from dear friends and benign guidance. The monthly rent for the underground facility room that houses the Mirror represents the bulk of the cost. Solari has generously covered this significant expense for the last two years. Now we are seeking additional sponsors to help continue the project, hopefully for the next five years. Ideally, this support would even allow us to expand our vision and work.

"Future Science Series: The Targeted Collective – Have We All Been Chipped?"

Early into the ominous Covid-19 plandemic, I began to research the state of nanotechnology at that time, hoping to determine the likelihood of a clandestine tracking and sensor system being injected into the population. Many of us had the strong inkling that the fast, military rollout of the new type of injections would function as the perfect platform to introduce “smart” nanotechnology with surveillance and mind-reading capacities.
For most “serious” scientists, this idea was crazy—to put it forth meant risking one’s reputation and being shelved as a tinfoil hat. So, in 2021, I presented two factual reports on “Medical Nanobots” that laid out the current state of development in the domain of nanotechnology, leaving it to viewers to draw their own conclusions.
In the meantime, of course, other authors and researchers have become much more vocal about the sinister potential of some of these concoctions—beyond the medical ramifications of turbo cancers and gene editing. Are these nanoparticles self-assembling into nanochips? Can they be switched on and off by radiofrequencies? Do they allow for the remote control of brain activities? These are courageous and legitimate questions, but it has still been difficult to prove any of them.
Until now. My guest Jesse Beltran may be providing a new level of facts to the discussion that cannot simply be brushed aside. Originally working with Dr. John Hall from Texas measuring radiofrequencies emitted by human bodies, Mr. Beltran has come to the conclusion that much of the population has already been chipped. While hitherto it was so-called “Targeted Individuals” (TIs) with “Havana-type” symptoms who gave off the typical signal of an RF implant, it is now more or less everybody he measures, even persons without symptoms. We may have become a “Targeted Collective.”
This is a challenging topic, but the intention is not to frighten. Beltran has a composed and grounded way of presenting his findings that is very helpful for calmly thinking about the implications. It is up to us to learn to discern our true inner voice and vibration of self—as distinct from any synthetic overlay of “voices” and frequencies trying to capture our nervous system.
“Know thyself,” in other words, has always been the one crucial path to liberty.
