👀 Top US bioweapons expert who planned to expose Gates and Pfizer dies suddenly after agreeing to testify Francis Boyle, the University of Illinois College of Law professor who drafted implementing legislation to the Biological Weapons Convention and spent decades charging Israel with genocide and accusing the US military of biowarfare in Africa, died in January after agreeing to testify against Bill Gates and Pfizer’s Albert Bourla in a Dutch civil court. The case, brought in 2024, accused Gates, Bourla and others of deception regarding the safety and effectiveness of Covid vaccines. Gates’ lawyers argued that he was not under the court’s jurisdiction, but the court insisted that it enjoys international jurisdiction.

💬 “Three weeks after he agreed to testify on behalf of the plaintiffs that these products and the process was deployment of bioweapons, he suddenly died,” a person associated with the case said. “The only thing that we know is that he was perfectly healthy prior and was teaching full time…This looks very suspicious to me.”

Boyle’s family said the 74-year-old died of pneumonia, and that there was nothing suspicious about his death. But he’s not the first person associated with the case to face misfortune. In June, Arno van Kessel, the top lawyer for the plaintiffs, was arrested shortly before a court hearing “on suspicion of involvement in a criminal network” and detained for months. He has no criminal record.
