This week we've written about the testimony of FBI Agent Heide in the Sussmann trial. Heide helped investigate the Alfa Bank hoax. Per Roger Stone - Agent Heide supervised the abusive early-morning raid on Stone's home. Here is Agent Heide marching Stone out of his home. Stone: Heide made my wife stand in the corner and wouldn't let her answer the phone for "13 hours while my kids and grandkids were trying to call her to see if she was alright."

Fusion GPS lost its fight to keep many "privileged" documents from Special Counsel Durham. There are 1,500 remaining documents that Fusion GPS has withheld from Durham. Today there was confirmation that Marc Elias, Robby Mook, and Bill Priestap (among others) would testify as government witnesses in the Michael Sussmann case. Seeing lots of hand-wringing about this, but as we have reported, these guys have testified before a grand jury. This no surprise. Their testimony is locked in. They’ll testify to Sussmann billing the Clinton Campaign, etc. The concern at trial isn’t Durham’s witnesses - it’s that a Democrat activist will get on the jury. That’s the biggest risk to the administration of justice.

New developments (aka FDA coming to grips with reality) on the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine: There is a causal connection between the Johnson & Johnson vaccine and potentially fatal thrombosis. Women ages 30-49 might be at the highest risk.

Supreme Court draft opinion to overturn Roe v Wade - Politico obtained this draft opinion by Justice Alito (which will be allegedly joined by Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Coney Barrett) - which states "We hold that Roe and Casey must be overruled."
