The only trouble with this argument Juan is making saying all those prison guards and people involved in holding Tina Peters in state prison are in violation of Tina's civil rights. And the Colorado court and prison officials are guilty of violating the Federal government Presidential pardon and can be prosecuted for doing so regardless of whether the are "following orders" is that if you walk this back further then WHY did it take President Trump nearly a YEAR TO PARDON HER? That delay is highly suspcious. It indicates that there is some faction of the administration that was unable or unwilling for most of this year of Trump's presidency to Pardon Tina. WHY? Why didn't whatever OVERSIGHT BODY point this violation out? Why did the procedings go on without being halted from the outset due to violating FEDERAL LAW, Federal jurisdiction and Tina's civil liberties according to the constitution? This is only one VIOLATION of FEDERAL LAW BY THE COLORADO COURT that took place including putting Tina in prison.
