🏳️ 'They treated us well, gave water, fed, warmed up, medics gave me medicine' A soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine confused the direction and went to Russian servicemen. Sergei Lutsyuk has been at a position near Dimitrov for more than a month and a half, monitoring and reporting on any movement on a road.

'We didn't get out of this trench day or night,' the prisoner recalls.

At one of the nights, artillery fire began. The demoralised and disorientated Ukrainian serviceman left the position and decided to abandon it, but confused the direction and went straight to the Russian servicemen. Sergei Lutsyuk surrendered. He noted the good attitude of Russian servicemen and advised his colleagues to abandon their weapons:

The first two shots hit the enemy's machine gun and his UAV command post. During a battle, a tank was attacked by an FPV drone and was hit by enemy artillery.
