FAQ regarding migration and compensation proposal with CEXs: 1. Why does the compensation plan require a community vote? The UXLINK tokens stolen by the hacker were still in a locked state as stipulated in the whitepaper. These tokens were stolen, illegally unlocked, and sold. According to the whitepaper, any early unlocking of new UXLINK tokens requires a Holders vote. 2. Why does the compensation scheme, apart from 1:1 swap, focus on this specific timeframe? This timeframe refers to the period between the first stolen transfer and the moment UXLINK made its official announcement. During this period, although some media reports and rumors circulated, the official announcement had not yet been released, and some users continued trading and purchased illegally unlocked tokens. Therefore, a tailored compensation plan is required. 3. Why is the current plan mainly centered on CEXs? Because the majority of active UXLINK traders transact via centralized exchanges (CEXs). 4. Why are announcements from different CEXs slightly different, and when will others announce? UXLINK communicates with each CEX based on the same proposal, but each exchange experiences a different scale and context of illegal token trading. In addition, each CEX has its own internal process. We ask for your patience as these announcements may come at different times. 5. How long will it take for exchanges to return frozen hacker assets? We will make every effort to work with exchanges, law enforcement, and security advisors to recover the hacked assets that have been frozen within exchanges. If the recovery and return of these assets cannot be smoothly executed, we will retain the option of community voting for early token unlocking or a buyback plan to compensate the community. 6. Why is there no plan yet for users who bought after Sep-22-2025 05:40 UTC, and why does this require further community discussion and a vote? We are prioritizing the resolution of users impacted before the official announcement. After the announcement, the hacker gained control of the contract and carried out illegal minting, which is a serious breach of the whitepaper’s provisions. As such, the resolution for these cases requires community discussion and voting. 7. Latest update: The hacker is still transferring assets on-chain — any news? Our security advisors have already tracked this transaction and are working with relevant parties to freeze the hacker’s assets.

The Proposed UXLINK Migration & Compensation Plan with CEXs 1. Users who purchased and held UXLINK before Sep-22-2025 02:55 PM UTC will receive 1:1 compensation. 2. Users who purchased after Sep-22-2025 02:55 PM UTC but before the earlier of either: (i) the closure of deposits/withdrawals on exchanges, or (ii) Sep-22-2025 05:40 PM UTC, and who continue holding until the SWAP opens, will have their compensation calculated based on the difference between their purchase price and the TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price) after Sep-22-2025 05:40 PM UTC. 3. Compensation funds will come from the hacked assets that have been frozen and returned by the exchanges. 4. The migration plan for CEX users has already been launched progressively. 5. The on-chain migration portal for UXLINK holders will open on October 1. 6. Within 5 working days after the on-chain swap channel goes live, UXLINK will hold an on-chain community vote regarding the compensation plan described under point 2. 7. Security Notice – Update 8 Here is the latest status update on the UXLINK token migration and security upgrade: 1. We have upgraded security solution. Detail plan is approved by third-party security advisors. 2. Migration on CEXs will start from next week. And due to varying regulations across regions and the different operational processes of exchanges, we are implementing a phased compensation approach through exchanges. We have completed a new token generation process, ensuring that these tokens are exclusively used for swaps with exchanges and on-chain users. For exchanges that have not yet completed the migration, these tokens will remain locked until transfer to exchanges and MMs. 3. Migration for on-chain users will also start from next week. UXLINK will take care of gas fees. 4. The UXLINK staking users will claim all the token and APY calculated upto Oct.31 2025. 5. Security Notice – Update 7 UXLINK contract migration plan Summary Swap ratio: 1:1 Tokenomics: no change Max supply: no change, 1 Billion Project name: UXLINK Ticker: UXLINK Chain: ETH mainnet Contract address: 0x3991B07b2951a4300Da8c76e7d2c7eddE861Fef3 Swap method: Manually for CEX and swap portal for on-chain users Details: The new UXLINK contract will be deployed on the Ethereum mainnet, with a total supply of 1 billion tokens, and will be swapped 1:1 with the old UXLINK contract. The contract dropped the mint-burn function and we will use cross-chain partners’ service to remain a cross-chain feature. The migration plan consists of two parts: one for CEX (centralized exchanges) and one for on-chain users. CEX Migration Plan 1.1 CEXs will count the total amount of UXLINK currently held within their platforms. 1.2 CEXs will calculate the amount of UXLINK that was deposited by suspected hacker addresses. 1.3 CEXs will provide a wallet address to receive the new UXLINK tokens. 1.4 UXLINK will transfer the new contract tokens to the exchange wallet — the amount transferred will be the total UXLINK on the exchange minus the amount deposited by hacker addresses. 1.5 CEXs will calculate how much UXLINK was sold by suspected hacker accounts on the exchange, as well as the amount of other assets received in return (e.g., USDT, USDC, ETH, BTC, etc.). 1.6 CEXs will, according to legal procedures, convert the frozen assets from suspected hackers back into UXLINK. 1.7 UXLINK will compensate legitimate users who were involved in these transactions with the new UXLINK tokens on a 1:1 basis. On-Chain User Migration Plan 2.1 A snapshot will be taken at the timestamp of the hacker’s first transfer; normal users holding UXLINK before this time will be eligible for 1:1 redemption. 2.2 An on-chain redemption tool will be developed, allowing users to swap via their holding wallets. 2.3 UXLINK Treasury will create a new address, and the snapshot amount will be transferred to this treasury address via smart contract. Expected Timeline CEX first-batch swaps: expected to be completed within 1–5 business days, depending on CEX response time. CEX additional compensation: timeline depends on the recovery of stablecoins. On-chain redemption tool: development and launch are expected within 5 business days. Other Compensation Plans Most of the stolen, unlocked UXLINK tokens have been suspended. We are aware that some of these tokens are still being traded. A separate compensation plan will be provided for affected users. UXLINK is actively working to recover assets that the hacker sold through DEXs, cross-chain bridges, and CEXs. Based on the recovery progress, UXLINK will provide compensation schemes for the community — including CEX users — which may include but are not limited to: buyback programs, staking rewards/benefits, trading incentives. The UXLINK migration plan has also been submitted to major exchanges. Token Swap Principles & Schedule 4.1 CEX and on-chain users holding legally circulated UXLINK tokens will receive a 1:1 swap. Current total circulation: 479,713,462 UXLINK (based on the white paper). 4.2 Tokens identified as illegally issued will not be eligible for the swap. 4.3 Most of the stolen, unlocked UXLINK tokens have been suspended. We will promptly initiate a token swap plan to ensure the integrity of our token economy. Further details and instructions for the token swap will be announced shortly. Our team is working through legal and compliant measures to ensure that the UXLINK token supply fully aligns with the rules stated in the whitepaper. The white paper remains the sole community consensus and standard for UXLINK’s token economy.

Urgent Security Notice We have identified a security breach involving our multi-signature wallet, resulting in a significant amount of cryptocurrency being illicitly transferred to both CEXs and DEXs. Our team is working around the clock with both internal and external security experts to identify the root cause and contain the situation. We have already reached out to major CEXs and DEXs to urgently freeze suspicious UXLINK deposits and are coordinating closely with them to prevent further movement of funds. The incident has been reported to the police and relevant authorities to accelerate legal action and recovery efforts.
