FYI Mossad (Israeli secret service) has sabotaged pagers, walkie talkies, and cell phones used by Hezbollah in Lebanon. Israel infiltrated Islamic terrorist supply chains and set booby traps in devices that were to be issued to terrorist cell groups. This operation extends beyond Hezbollah. Israel is now is detonating the devices in waves, causing Hezbollah mass casualties. The first wave in the form of pagers and killed 25% of their leadership. Terrorist groups use pagers because the older technology is harder to trace than cell phones. Hezbollah has now warned all its personnel to stop using *all* communications devices, essentially rendering them without any 20th or 21st century means of communication. What are they going to do? Start using telegraph wires and Morse code? FYI Judge Juan M. Merchan delays sentencing until after the Election. It's over. Trump isn't going to prison, as I predicted since early 2023. Also, RFK Jr. wins appeals in both North Carolina and Michigan to have his name removed from ballots. North Carolina VBM (Vote-By-Mail) put on hold - was to start today - until precincts comply with Appeals' court ruling. 🎬 Debate 2 Rules Microphones will be LIVE only for the candidate whose turn it is to speak and muted when the time belongs to another candidate. Only the moderators will be permitted to ask questions. Just as it was during the first debate. A coin flip was held virtually on Tuesday to determine the podium placement and the order of closing statements; former President Trump won the coin toss and chose to select the order of statements. The former president will offer the last closing statement, and Vice President Harris selected the right podium position on screen, i.e., stage left. This is exactly the same layout as the first debate. Trump won the coin toss last time, selected the order of the closing statements, selected to give the closing statement, while Biden choose to stand to the right of the screen (stage left). There will be no opening statements, and closing statements will be two minutes per candidate. Same as the CNN debate. Each candidate will be allotted two minutes to answer each question with a two-minute rebuttal, and an additional minute for a follow-up, clarification, or response. Again, just as before. Candidates will stand behind podiums for the duration of the debate and no props or pre-written notes will be allowed on stage. Each candidate will be given a pen, a pad of paper, and a bottle of water. This is just as before, except for one important difference, there will be no break. For the CNN debate, Team Biden had requested a break. This time, they will be forced to stand the entire 90 mins with no bathroom breaks. Campaign staff may not interact with candidates during commercial breaks. Same as before. Digging Deeper, with Max ⛏️ (🔋 Powered by Maximus Premium 🔋) Prison? 🦹‍♂️ ~This is a compiling of all my thoughts and feelings on the possibility of Donald Trump being sentenced to prison. ~Of course, no one can truly know what will occur. What I believe is Donald Trump will never end up in prison (e.g. Riker's Island). It's unfathomable. ~I'm not talking about sentencing to prison or jailed for mug shots for a few hours. I'm talking about a formal prison sentence being carried out. That is to say, Trump physically languishing in a prison cell. I just don't see it. ~As I have repeatedly stated, it would cost too much, is highly impracticable for security reasons, and it would create a logistics nightmare for New York Corrections. ~Donald Trump himself said he's "okay" with jail or house arrest, but he implied it's more likely for him to receive "house arrest". I agree with him. ~Now, Judge Merchan can certainly sentence him, but the Donald would never do a day. The sentence would most likely be stayed pending appeal. After the state court of appeals, you can appeal to a Federal Appeals Court or the US Supreme Court (which is also an appellate court). ~In fact, as a member of Maximus Premium suggested to me recently, "having been issued a sentence of prison by Merchan, it is more likely that SCOTUS would hear the appeal quickly." In other words, sentencing him to prison may trigger immediate intervention by SCOTUS. ~I still think it's more likely to get probation and house arrest. Just makes more sense to me. ~Now, having said that, a prison sentence might possibly be the best bit of luck for Trump's campaign. It would rally the GOP and energize every Republican voter. ~Lately, Dems have been enjoying way too much momentum riding with Hiding Harris and AWOLZ. We need to flip the script. ~Donald Trump suddenly thrust into judicial persecution again would turn the conversation back on the abuses of Biden-Harris Administration. The indictments and conviction helped Trump win the primary and lunge ahead of Biden even before the debate! ~Since this is a base election, this may be enough on its own to win.
