Bitcoin has broken down from the rising wedge pattern, a structure often signaling bearish reversals after sustained uptrends. Price slipped below the lower trendline, confirming weakness and going to test the highlighted horizontal demand zone, which now acts as critical short-term support.
If this zone fails to hold, downside momentum could accelerate toward deeper retracement levels. Conversely, reclaiming the wedge boundary with strong volume would invalidate the breakdown and restore bullish continuation.
