I know this is usually a confession group but I wanted some advice or tips. I am my family’s first son currently schooling abroad and I know everyone sees me as the hope for the future. Lately I have been declining in almost every aspect of my life; my faith, my mental health and also falling into lust. All this has been affecting my grades a lot. I am introverted and don’t have many friends I can talk to over here as well. I don’t want to let the people counting on me down and so am trying to persevere through this and regain my old spirit. Was hoping someone has gone through something similar and could share how they got back to their best.
