‘The command did nothing. They said to wait. They didn't give any orders. We said that we were ready to come out on our own. It was foggy. We asked the command to leave. 💬 Realising that the escape routes were blocked and there was no one to help, Naberezhny decided to surrender. He addressed encircled soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine:
