Due to the News we are about to open with a “BIG GAP UP” Due to this Gapup there’ll be huge volatility in options. Wherever there’s volatility there is opportunity. Imp Point: All ITM options will be more beneficial than the ATM & OTM options. ➡️ Just at opening the ITM options will open “UNDERVALUED” & can gain 100–200 points easily. NOTE – It should be Deep ITM having value above ₹750–800. ② The second opportunity will be “ATM Straddle Adjustment.” ➡️ In the first 10–15 min the market will bring the options to their fair values — Due to a big gapup the ATM call option will open lower than the ATM put option. Ex: Spot 86000 — CE = 130 / PE = 250 Just after the opening, the market will adjust this difference, ATM call option can gain up to 60–70% ③ First 15–30 minutes should be the only time when you should trade in the Gap direction. This is just speculation & study — As per my study, Nifty will open at a major resistance. Not just level’s resistance but TIME resistance as well. Also, as per the “Market Behaviour Study”, Gapup is surprising for them as well. So, the first 15–30 min should be the only time to trade the CE MOMENTUM Later that - The market will trap most of the CE buyers! This is just speculation based on study. If the price confirms, then you can trade this view. Resistance Zone : 26175-26230 (Here nifty will face a major TL resistance) NOTE: Trade the hourly price action, That will keep you in the RIGHT SIDE. This Gapup will get SOLD soon as per my studies. Time: 1–3 trading days.
