The Payment Tracker Bot cannot distinguish whether the ARIX was deposited from another wallet or from official distribution wallets, so it displays the message: “This address already received all the tokens.” If this applies to you, please contact our support team only via email at support@arix.exchange. Group Two: Users who have lost token balances in the bot. Due to the lack of a seamless connection between the ArixDEX bot and certain wallets, such as the OKX wallet, some transactions were not completed, resulting in lost tokens. If you are in this group, you will need to wait for the “Back to Bot” option to be added. This feature will allow you to return the lost tokens to your bot balance and then attempt new withdrawals.
