It’s been a productive and impactful week for the Graduate Trainee and Internship Program. We hosted an HR training session for companies participating in the Graduate Trainee and Internship Program, bringing together HR professionals from Komari Beverages, Allied Engineering and Consultancy plc, Kifiya, Zamzam Bank, and H&H Consultancy. The session focused on best practices for integrating young talent into the workforce and creating meaningful career pathways. We also had a management onboarding session at Habesha Steel, where we worked with their leadership team to ensure a smooth transition for their new trainees.
